Service was quick since there was practically nobody to serve, except this canadian. I used the self serve/order kiosk and boom! I was asked for a tip on top of an already overpriced burger. I gave a $0 tip. Now let's talk about this burger. I bought the burgerfi burger. They put their name on it right? So it must be good...so I thought. Burger was dog nose cold. Dry and very dry to chew. They tried covering the dryness up by coating the patties in a lot of sauce..dripping into the box and your hands. I was hungry, so I imagined I was eating a five guys to finish it. I know that airport food can be expensive, but the least you can do is to please serve my money hot.

Poor service, gave orders to customers who came in after our pickup time for our online order who ordered on the kiosk well past our supposedly pickup time for food. Made the beyond burgers inedible by over salting them. Refused a refund and offered 20% off the next visit, lol.

Buffalo airport is pretty chill. Not alot of restaurants, so decided on this place. There was no wait. Ordered the Ultimate BacoN Cheeseburger and a Breakfast All Day Burger, a drink and a regular Cry & Fries (this is def shareable, we didn't finish ours). Burgers are good sized, they were both very tasty. Breakfast All Day burger is def a must try, so good! Very polite staff.

Self-service order kiosk asked for a tip! Overall, two stars as I was starving and needed something to eat. I gave an additional star for Service as the person who delivered this mess offered a bag to make it easier to carry out.
We came to Fort Wayne Indiana yesterday from Ohio for me to make a purchase at one of your local shops there and ended up going BurgerFi to eat before heading back to Ohio. First time ever eating there.Myself and my husband both really enjoyed, the hamburgers were phenomenal and the fries were just as good. I would recommend this place if anybody. BurgerFi definitely needs to bring their establishment to Ohio especially northwest Ohio.

Wow, I cannot say enough about how the staff do not care at all. This is in the airport there is a kiosk to order no one on register. I had to help a couple of older people with their order while the staff stood there and ignored customers when they asked for help. The I watched my food and others sit on the counter getting cold for about 12 minutes while the staff just stood there! The. Eventually decided to move the food to the pickup. Unbelievable!!!!! Terrible!!!!
