Hamburger size was less than half of the bread...for premium price.

Poor service, gave orders to customers who came in after our pickup time for our online order who ordered on the kiosk well past our supposedly pickup time for food. Made the beyond burgers inedible by over salting them. Refused a refund and offered 20% off the next visit, lol.

We came to Fort Wayne Indiana yesterday from Ohio for me to make a purchase at one of your local shops there and ended up going BurgerFi to eat before heading back to Ohio. First time ever eating there.Myself and my husband both really enjoyed, the hamburgers were phenomenal and the fries were just as good. I would recommend this place if anybody. BurgerFi definitely needs to bring their establishment to Ohio especially northwest Ohio.

Terrible. Burger was horrible and overpriced. French fries were the best part and they were 5/10.

Wow, I cannot say enough about how the staff do not care at all. This is in the airport there is a kiosk to order no one on register. I had to help a couple of older people with their order while the staff stood there and ignored customers when they asked for help. The I watched my food and others sit on the counter getting cold for about 12 minutes while the staff just stood there! The. Eventually decided to move the food to the pickup. Unbelievable!!!!! Terrible!!!!

This is an airport restaurant where they didn’t bother to tell anyone placing an order it was going to take 30+ minutes. The staff had a terrible attitude when anyone inquired about their order and screamed at people who picked up their food. We ended up leaving before we got our food to make our flight so I’m also out $30.

Waited forever, food was cold. Asked for a bag as the boxes are separate and impossible to carry with luggage. Expensive for the worst breakfast sandwich.

I enjoyed the Buffalo airport experience but Burgerfi ruined my burger experience with the worst quality I’ve ever had in all of my life. Orders were inaccurate twice consecutively, broken self order kiosks. The employees just did not care at all. I rather starve than eat here ever.

So, I just witnessed the management staff, one female and one male handle an upset customer. Neither of the management staff yelled back at the customer while the customer was making a scene. The management team remain calm and eventually the customer calmed down and they worked out the issue without any further incident. I have to salute the management team. I did not order from BurgerFI. Outstanding job and representation!!!!! 7/31/25 1400hrs. Upper management should contact them and give them their flowers. Way to lead!!!!!

An impromptu visit led us to have lunch here, on a hot summer Wednesday afternoon. Never having been here before, after studying the menu for a moment, my husband and I made our choices. My husband chose the bacon cheeseburger combo, with the burger wrapped in lettuce/hold the bun, the cry fry, which is a combination of onion rings and french fries, and a regular fountain drink. I ordered the two chicken sliders and an ice water, with plans to eat some of his fries. It was 20 minutes before we got our food, and at the time we ordered, we were the only people in there, with the exception of one other person. Soon after we arrived, a couple of people came in with to-go orders, and a few others had ordered at the counter and sat down. People with to-go orders, were leaving with their food, and we still had not received ours. When our food finally came, it was very hot ! However, we immediately noticed that my husband did not get his cry fry, and instead had only received an order of regular fries. He went up to the counter and tried to explain to them that he did not receive the onion rings with the fries. It seemed like there was a communication issue, and after going back-and-forth for a couple of minutes, they told him they would bring out a cry fry to the table. Several minutes later, we received the fry and onion rings (the cry fry). In the meantime, we noticed that even though we paid for the burger to be wrapped in lettuce, which was a small up charge, they did not wrap it in lettuce, and instead put it on a regular bun. This means that they got neither the burger nor the side order correct. At this point, we had been here for more than 30 minutes, and I told him to just let it go, considering how long it took to get the food, and then the replacement on the fries. The food itself was hit-or-miss. My chicken sliders were quite good. My husband found the burger just okay, and didn’t like neither the fries nor rings. I thought the fries were decent, but I wasn’t a fan of the onion rings either. Food was expensive for essentially a fast food restaurant with counter service. Service was lacking severely, considering they got most of our order incorrect, and were very slow, prioritizing fulfilling orders for people who were getting food to go, when people who were dining in, still had yet to get their food. Given the slow service, incorrect orders, and prices, we've decided to take a hard pass on returning. With plenty of other options in the area, it's easy to skip this one.

I am a vegan. I ordered the veggie burger made with quinoa. But they gave me meat burger. I was so mad I threw it away.
