Well - super slow and inefficient. I had self-ordered on the Kiosk and waited 15 mins - my flight had started boarding - when I asked about the status of my order he chatted with another coworker in the back and didn't come back with any response. When I asked again he says it's late you will be the last one to get his order - I didn't even get my food this time I had to just leave it and head to my gate

The SLOWEST service you’ll ever get at a fast food restaurant. Every burger you see them assembling seems like it’s the first burger they’ve ever assembled, it’s painful to watch. I had to leave without my food or I was going to miss my flight. If your layover is less than 1 hour then don’t bother.

Ordered two burgers that were supposed to sub lettuce for the bun and they did not. Burgers were ok, kids liked their chicken tenders.

By far the worst food I’ve had in any airport. Service is horrible. They don’t even acknowledge their customers. I ordered a burger with lettuce as the bun and the lettuce was dirty. I had to eat the patty by itself with a sad shriveled up tomato. Did I mention it was 9 bucks. Yeah avoid this place by all means.

Stood there for almost 10 minutes waiting for to be acknowledged. Saw 2-3 people walking around and nobody even looked at me . Food was good though

Waited 10min just for someone to recognize I was standing there. Girl on grill had an attitude just because I had a question. Customer service sucked big time. If your staff does not want to work. They should not be there. I'm sure your sale are not that great because 5 people walked away.
