Horrible ... ordered a cake for 1/20 Tuesday for my bday .. they had me pay half down for depsoit .. called to pick up cake they never answered phone never called to tell me anything and closed for the weather ! Never alerting me to it ! Unprofessional ! Maybe cakes are good but unstable and your chancing it even ordering - I'm good on that.
Response to that response; no excuses ! You were called on both numbers , direct messaged on instagram . And when I commented on your instagram you continued to delete the comments instead of telling me that my bday cake wasn't even getting made! Stop the excuses -

Literally the best cupcakes ever!! if you’re from buffalo or just visiting you should definitely try them out! They have a great variety of sweets and sometimes they have gumbo😊 great owner great staff very dependable for the holiday season.
The cupcakes I got were delicious. They were flavorful and moist.I had the Hostess cupcake (yum) , red velvet cupcake and the peanut butter & jelly cupcake.

REAL Sweet Potato Pie!!! Soooo goooood. Big Back WARNING...as when you start eating it's hard to stop. We had toooo many sweet treats over the holidays but I looked forward to getting back to this. Now just a few days after Christmas my pie spoiled on the table. Good news!!! There aren't any preservatives or forever chemicals in it that would prevent it from spoiling on my dining room table. Bad news!!! IM OUT A PIE It was delicious! Pick yours up at Wegmans or direct in store. Reminds me of Gram's and that's the best compliment I can give.
Tender, moist, sweet, but not too sweet, nice flakiness to the crust. Winner of you're not able to bake yourself.

After being pissed my desserts were stale and awful from sweet cheeks on Hertel after I threw in the garbage I begin pouting because I still had a sweet tooth so I headed over to cake crazy and wasn't surprised cupcakes were hard as a rock and disgusting I was advised to let them sit out for a hour I let them sit a few hours and still awful this has got to stop over $4 for a garbage cupcake

This is hands down one of my favorite bakeries in Buffalo! The cupcakes are out of this world!!!
So disappointing and honestly pretty disgusting. I’m from Pennsylvania and whenever I’m out of town, I love checking out local bakeries to try something new. I walked in and ordered two cupcakes — one vanilla and one lemon-filled coconut. What a waste of $9.
Both cupcakes were extremely stale, the texture was dry and unpleasant, and the icing had that old, fridge/freezer taste like it had been sitting around for a very long time. Nothing tasted fresh or homemade. For a bakery, that’s the bare minimum I expect, and they didn’t even come close.
I was really looking forward to a treat, but instead it was money down the drain. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh baked goods.

I had gender reveal cupcakes made for a family gathering. The cupcakes were INCREDIBLE. The girls were so nice who worked there, very accommodating in a short time frame. Great prices also. Will definitely order from there again!
