Extremely professional staff, immaculate dining facility and superb food choices. Most of the restaurants in Western New York should take training from these student chefs and servers who are training to be in the profession of culinary arts. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the entire presentation and culinary experience. As food connoisseurs and travelers across the country, visiting different food establishments, I am proud and honored to call this place part of our hometown. I'm honored that my daughter is also graduating from Buffalo State College.
