They don’t know the difference between cilantro and parsley…
okay, I love cantina 62 but the last two times I ordered a beef on weck taco it had heavy green onions and cilantro that were not requested. They're putting green onions on the Philly cheesesteak taco too. Can someone please tell the kitchen staff that the specialty tacos are perfect on their own and don't need a bunch of green onion or cilantro that no one asked for.
Yesterday was my first time ordering from here. Staff is not so friendly. No option to pay with cash which is very veryyyyyyy inconvenient. The food was pretty good though so I’ll give them one more try another day.
They will let you place an order, take your money and the they are clearly closed. The gas station attendant said they do it all the time. Please, do yourself a favor and don’t order from here. I drop 30 minutes to aClosed shop that Grubhub let me order from.
Worst Location .I ordered from Grubhub I got there to pick it up and they said they were closed but they are in the kitchen?Did not make senseI tried to call today to see if they are open but when I searched on Google there’s no Phone numbers to be found.Seneca location is far from me.This business goal is probably to shutdown.Keep me posted for great news and I will update my review.
Got chips and guacamole. The chips tasted like they were from a bag you buy at a grocery store and for some reason were wet and mushy. Also tried the Philly cheese steak taco, some of the steak peices were unchewable like cartilage. Also got the Fiesta steak, the corn tortilla for that was mushy and completely ripped when I tried to pick it up. If I end up getting food poisoning I won't be surprised. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake do not eat gas station Mexican food.
Had an issue with a large side of guacamole, and adding tomatoes to a burrito that did not advertise the inclusion of tomatoes. Otherwise, food was pretty yummy.
Eh if your hungry and need food it's good sized but doesn't have much flavor pretty plain.
Surprisingly good ! Nice size portion, inside a gas station( which gave me pause)..overall pretty darn good !
Love, love your food, second time ordering in 2 weeks. Usually I go in and order. First time my side of guacamole was missing. Today over half of our 50.00 order was missing....

Great place! Need some advertising by the road. I work about 2 miles down the road and even now, people who are always looking for a quick meal still don't know you're there. Food is amazing.I will say one thing though, it's a tad pricey but it's worth it. Has Mighty Taco beat everyday and twice on Sunday. Hope you do well and stay there or at least nearby. Great place for lunch.
Good food for a tiny little gas station joint! I stopped here in a hurry one day and was nicely surprised by a great Mexican dinner. I've been back a few times since!
Had soft shell taco and beef refry beans and cheese burritos I like them. I will be going back there again
Had a burrito from there a few weeks ago, and it was just ok. Earlier this evening we got food, I am now up at 2 am sick to my stomach. The food was a soupy mess. The food took excessively too long. Probably won’t be going back.
Soo. This is my first time reviewing a restaurant other than designating a “star rating” and going on my way. But today I decided that perhaps Cantina 62 needed a bit more than that. I’ve been frequenting ( and recommending to friends) since they were located in Lackawanna. The quality of food and customer service at that location was STELLAR ! Since their move to Seneca St ( and also due to increased exposure to a larger audience) the quality of their products and service have declined greatly. At the start of the pandemic the public was urged to support local restaurants by continuing to patronize them by ordering delivery or takeout. I did so. Along with many others.. And then the inevitable happened.. once they had secured our help ( and money) they didn’t need to bother with customer satisfaction. “Take what we give you and like it.” I have ordered five times delivery and four times the order was incorrect! Now when I order I generally order for my family unit. It’s not cheap. After contacting the restaurant directly after one of these encounters of an incorrect order , I was subjected to a young lady’s thinly veiled annoyance that I had the nerve to waste her time by asking that my order be remade. Fast forward to today.. I’m in the area and I became wistful. Thinking back on the tacos of old lol! Ordered delivery. Guess what ? ORDER WRONG AGAIN.. Tried to call and now the phone has prompts to leave a message that they will get back to you at their convenience.. I guess they are unavailable to address anyones complaint.. I also tried emailing.. zilch. Anyway, this is my tale. Perhaps Cantina 62 will use this review as constructive criticism.. or not. Either way I will no longer patronize this establishment. *For some reason it doesn’t allow me to say I DONT RECOMMEND Cantina 62
