I have been ordering from Carbone's pizza for a couple of years now... My family and I ordered last night and the last few times before, the order has been wrong. Something left out or forgotten. But last nights order was unedible, the ham and cheese sub was so soggy and unedible. The the lettuce was mostly Brown. That was terrible. The chicken hoagies were dry and the chicken was burnt. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt they should know the last few times we ordered it was that up to par. I won't be ordered from Carbone's anymore. 06/27/2025

Worst pizza place in South buffalo / first Ward this is the 3rd time we have ordered from them and has forgot to make food will never go back and will tell everyone we know to never order or go there horrible customer service as well
