Someone ordered from here, and the Lovejoy location would do NOTHING to fix the order. It was a chicken finger dinner with small, cold, rock hard pieces of Chicken Fingers. When they called to see if it could be fixed they explained that "that is how we make them." Well, this is how we respond. Hopefully more people are willing to speak up on sub standard service. You provided food to someone for $$$. That food was subpar. You do not deserve to run a business this way nor take advantage of customers

I love Carbones Pizza! But I ordered a Pizza last night & they said within the hour well I got my Pizza Cold over 2 hours later & half the pizza had Olives & Mushrooms on it & an Olive Pit that I almost Chocked on! I couldn't Call back they were already Closed so I called & spoke to Manager he really didn't CARE he was Argumentative acted like I was lying & I have the pitt in a baggy? He could of offered to take a few bucks off of next Pizza? And he hung up on me! Bad Management! I dont lie Im a good person & I gave Delivery Driver a $10.00 Tip. After Olive Pitt I couldn't eat anymore Pizza I thru it away so I basically wasted my Money. Im so Mad right now .. I waited too long Cold Pizza & Olive Pitt & was basically called a liar & hung up on ... Oh Manager said he wasn't there yesterday & they usually get buzy but girl said when I called back that Driver forgot my pizza ...

The food is fantastic and I have never been disappointed any time I have had it. My complaint has been the service at the South Park location. I have done a handful of online orders for pickup and each time the food has been ready 20-40 minutes after the time it was scheduled to be ready. I have ended up having to wait quite a while for my food to be ready. I can understand that the website may not always be an accurate reflection of what's going on in the store and things get delayed. What has made going to Carbones no longer worth it to me is how these situations are handled by the staff there. The staff would make it clear they were annoyed that I had shown up to pick up the order and that it wasn't done yet. When I mentioned that I am here because this is the time the online order said it should be ready, the staff reaction was to brush it off and say things like "well we just got the order" or "I don't control the web ordering". I also would see other customers get treated the same way as myself while waiting for my order to be ready, they would come in to get their online order and receive the same treatment. To me it seems that there was an issue with how the online orders were placed and how the store then got those orders. However, how it was handled by the staff was to blame the customer rather than understand where the disconnect could be. I would have been happy with a simple apology and acknowledgement that the online ordering is a challenge for them. Just ignoring the issue and practically berating the customer is not something I'm interested in.

One star but deserves less than zero. A complete joke! Do not order from here! Ordered deliver, and when it didn't show up, they were too busy to help so they just said I probably called a different place (I didn't, I am not an idiot). Finally got them to acknowledge my order and deliver something later. Guess what?! Wrong food! Driver just laughed and walked away. Called back for a refund and they said they don't do that. Worst experience I can honestly remember.

I have enjoyed Carbone’s pizza for a while but this weekend they went above and beyond in customer service. A delivery company decided to change the time of our 5 sheet pizza order ( we picked the time for a reason!) which now would conflict with St Patrick’s parade traffic. When Carbone’s realized that morning they called me and offered several options. We talked several times and even though I know they were very busy they were always pleasant. In the end, we picked up the pizza and they insisted on carrying them out to the car. Carbone’s for life!
I went there twice for door dash and uber eats pickup. I had to wait for over bloody 55 MINUTES!!! THEY SAID ITS IN THE OVEN AND WILL BE OUT BUT IT NEVER CAME OUT. both customer and I got very frustrated

This place is honestly really impressive.We sat in the dining area to wait for our food and ultimately eat our pizza before the Bandits games. Wow. The staff are rockstars. The line was out the door multiple times and they absolutely crushed it and just keep things moving so smoothly.The sweet sauce pizza here is phenomenal.Breadsticks are ON POINTBBQ boneless wings slap.Personally I also believe this is the best blue cheese I’ve had in my entire life. Hands down.I’m the type of guy that could use a whole cup of blue cheese with every wing and slice I eat. This place knows what they’re doing and they do it well on so many levels.Moved from Buffalo to Rochester and whenever we’re back in Buffalo this is our “must stop”. Every dam time. They know what the word consistency means and they never disappoint.
