Last night my daughter and I came to this restaurant/bar. The two ladies were awesome that worked there. The food was just as awesome as the staff. Can't wait to come back.

The first thing that caught my eye was the restaurant itself. OMG why don't they remodel that place..it looks bad the dining area looks bad the counter where you order the food looks unclean and outdated..the bathroom door is RAGGEDY. 🤦🏾♀️The customer service was AWESOME the guy taking my order looked nice and he was VERY POLITE.The food was SOOOOO GOOD my only complaint was the salt..it was overly salty l had the oxtail dinner.I'll probably never go back mainly because of how it looks. If a place looks UNCLEAN/ UNKEPT than I don't care how good the food is I'm not returning. There was a cook there years ago named Errol 🙏🏾he is truly missed..RIP.

Food quality was very disappointing today. The gravy was very dark and tasted like it had been reheated several times — similar to eating leftovers on their last leg. Unfortunately, it upset my stomach, and I’m literally writing this from the bathroom. I’ve visited this spot before and had great experiences, so I’m not sure what went wrong today.
The service was still great — the shorter woman working today was polite and had a great attitude. But the food didn’t match the same quality. The oxtails tasted older than the brown stew chicken, and to top it off, there were no patties available.

This is my spot, the oxtail dinner never disappoints, very tender and seasoned well.
Omg the oxtail fell off the bone… so so good and the service was super nice I drove 30 min to get this and it did not disappoint
