I visited Charley’s Philly Steaks in Buffalo and tried their chicken cheesesteak. The taste was really good and definitely worth trying! I really miss having it here in Toronto, but overall, it was a great experience. I’ll definitely stop by again on my next visit to the USA.

I have eaten here in the past and generally not bad but today as I ordered a Phillycheesesteak combo and when I said everything on it the cashier looked at me and said Jesus ! I looked at her and she said “ why did you stop do we have a problem or something “ awful customer service terrible employee . Maybe she was having a bad day . Never again

I placed an online order, on 4/20/2025, was never notified the establishment was closed due to the holiday, never received my order but you best believe they still took my money. Will not answer the phone, finally got ahold of someone via email, ZERO HELP! Basically refused to refund my transaction, had to go through my bank and file a dispute to get my money back. 10/10 do not recommend.

So went yesterday with my family. My daughter and I split a Philly cheesesteak sub. And a fry. First off the kid who took my order was soooooo rude (acne scares) didn’t even greet us like all the other places in the food court at the Galleria mall. He was very rude. “ what are you ordering” is his exact words! Then the tall guy getting my food was just as rude asked for mayo the mayo was in the butt end of the sub! Sub was dry asf! Fries were cold. I was in a wheelchair I had to have my child grab it. Their was 4 food on the high counter I asked is this ours he said don’t you see if up their? So next time I go there I will never eat at Charley’s again!!!!

Ordered from this place on Uber, so keep that in mind. I had asked for jalapeños added to two of my subs and and order of cheese fries. It wasn’t added to either. Both of our subs had none of that fixings, was literally just the meat (which was super dry), and cheese. This may have been the Uber driver, but the toppings were just haphazardly throw in the bun and container, as if they somehow missed the bun. This could also have been the Uber driver but we were also straight up just missing one of our sandwiches (Uber refunded this but we still had to again pay for delivery and tip on the order of food we had to then order for my wife). Really not a great experience.

Very bad service. They were busy. The asian woman was very rude. We were there today and we ordered 2 philly steaks and fries combo with mild chicken wings. They gave us chicken wings very hot, soaked with hot sauce. I went to tell her that the kids can’t eat them, they are very hot. She yelled at me in front of the customers and she told me that my husband asked her for hot sauce which is not true. I was with him when he ordered. And she told me that she can’t refund them rudely and she can’t do anything about it even though I didn’t ask her for a refund. What a bad service and nadty lady. She shouldn’t work with customers. B cancellations wccc

I was there today at 2:38 pm, I ordered a boneless chicken combo with Buffalo sauce, I waited a long time and when they came out they were bbq. I went up and told the girl working her mistake and she told me to come back in 8 minutes. I came back and they weren’t even started. Then after waiting longer she ended up giving me traditional wings with Buffalo sauce, I stopped trying to get my food after that. I probably should’ve just asked for a refund at that point but it’s my birthday and I had a lot more to do and tbh it made me really upset that I couldn’t just get the food I ordered. I understand it was super busy, but i definitely will not be returning to this location and will make sure other people know too.

The black lady was super rude saying she won’t serve more than two meals even though no one was behind us . Ridiculous.
The woman on 9/7/24 at 3pm taking orders was a racist Everytime a white man would walk up she was just down right rude and disrespectful I watched to see if it was just me and seen her treat every white man the same way but being nice to everyone else that walked up I love eating here and now I will never eat there when I see her I will not support racism of any kind

Food was decent. The lady serving us started making rules saying we could only get 2 of our 5 fries because they were “too busy” (nobody was in line???). Other two employees were super nice
