Food: 4.5/5 for what it is. I got the chicken Philly cheesesteak and loved it. It’s such a simple sandwich but tastes so good and I’m a sucker for sandwiches. fast, but long lines, so still took some time.Ambiance: N/A really bedside it’s in a food court.

Worst service I have ever experienced. At 11am I went to order and was told they were closed and they sold open in about an hour. 10 mins later a Caucasian lady was served. When I confronted the employee, he just shrugged. Kind of shady when a white lady gets served right away.

The food here is always good, but the service is not great. The staff could at least try a little bit to act like they are happy to work there. It is an awkward place to order from as the staff seems so miserable. Thankfully the food is worth it in the end.

Horrible manager and customer service! Went and bought a sandwich on 6/23/2023 and the card reader wasn’t working so the Charleys employee had to manually run my card which resulted in double charges of $11.51. After calling Charleys numerous times, an employee finally answered. I asked to speak to the manager and was disconnected. Again had to call numerous times before someone answered and was on hold for a bit before the manager answered. I tried explaining the double charges and asked what the process was to get a refund and the manager who doesn’t speak English well kept telling me she didn’t know how it could be done and that she had customers and had to hang up. I tried to ask if I needed to go back to Charleys for the refund and she kept saying she had customers. Clearly she did not want to listen and help resolve the double charges and has no idea how to be a manager not knowing what to do for a situation like this. I suggest she do something else since customer service is not her thing and let someone else be the manager. Avoid this location and get food from a different vendor…there’s plenty of options.

The cashier always has an attitude!!! It’s either their not paying their employees enough or they pick the employee with the worse attitude & terrible customer service skills!!! It’s sad cause I love my California chicken … but u lost me as a customer !

Sandwiches don't look like the ones on adverts at all. They taste ok but sauce goes all over your hands and face when you eat them. And the place needs some good clean. It look very dirty...

This was my first time ordering and eating at Charley's and this food was HORRIBLE. This order came to $51.00 it's definitely not worth the money. I asked for extra mayo they snapped a lot of mayo one one side of the sandwich, the fries was dark I wouldn't order from Charley's ever again. I would like a refund. The photos are two different sandwich’s and fries. HORRIBLE

I visited 5 years ago the experience was completely different, I don’t mean to be rude and I was completely polite, but the staff was a little harsh and very unhappy it seemed please enjoy what you do.

At first bite I thought this was under seasoned and didn’t really like it but then that second bite really blew me away! The gooey melted cheese blends well with the steak. It had just the right amount of grease and didn’t make me feel disgusting after I ate it. Lettuce and tomato make this healthy, right?
