I ordered to pick up, it said order ready in 5 minutes. I arrived and I still waited 8 more minutes. It wasn't in rush, When I opened the hamburger is cold, the cheese wasn't even melted, it was like it had just been placed on the meat which was even colder and they didn't heat it up . The other hamburger was the same, and the apple pie too. And my order wasn't ready when I arrived, just packed it, How is the food going to be cold? The funniest thing is that the manager was preparing my order.

First time eatting from here. Drive thru was AI, wasn't fond of that. The sandwich was hearty and the fries were fantastic, well seasoned and crisp on the outside with softness on inside.
Drive thru doesnt mind wasting your time. Automated voice order taking doesnt work.

They are using AI to take orders. 2 for 2 on errors. It does not read back the total order so always assume it heard you. Either way you will receive approximately what you wanted. One order you'll be short the next over sold. I guess AI assumes it all averages out.
(On a positive note AI doesn't apathetically mumble into a headset Turned up over its head (hence one star))
