Multiple hairs in my burger to where i didnt even finish it and gave me a small drink when i ordered a large. I also had an issue a few years ago where there was a screw in my chilli fries and i called corporate and they tried to give me a meal voucher to shut me up. Will never eat here again.

I can't rate the atmosphere because it's a drive thru with very friendly and fast service. You have to try the delicious fish sandwich and cheese burgers. The chicken sandwich is delicious also. Bailey Avenue is a busy stretch and be cautious of other drivers. They love speeding in Buffalo and hardly no braking. I like the location it's a welcoming neighborhood. Drive cautious and safe.
