Not good customer service My order was missing a lot of my items I had ordered fries and They did not arrive with my food. He said that they ran out, but they could’ve asked me if I wanted something else instead also they had a buy one get one free for a sandwich and they did not give me that deal. He said because I did not add another sandwich so I don’t get the deal. I had to wait 20 minutes for him to make a sandwich, which is crazy.

I’ve been calling this place for days they are not consistent. I have been trying to eat here but every time I go to grab food they’re closed although the website says they’re opened. They are not picking up the phone. I don’t think it’s that tiring to cook a quick chicken sandwich. stop opening and closing whenever you feel like it. Chester’s don’t taste that good to be doing all that. At the end of the day you guys are at the back of a gas station. Get yo shi straight C.

Came here at 5:30pm to get dinner, Google says your open until 8:00 as well as the menu in the store but the clerk states that your closing at 6:00 and there’s no food left. The food is good, when you can get it.
