This is one of the easiest 5 star reviews I've given. Highly recommend.I've ordered from here on Doordash about 3 times and they always put TLC into their food/service, (and for a really good price)! For example, always including napkins/utensils/ketchup/hot sauce is great and usually not done by fast food/to go restos. The extra Faygo soda they gave me today (since they don't have drinks listed on Doordash) made my day- I have been swamped with work, and meant to, but forgot to, double dash a drink. Fried chicken is always awesome, jojo's (potatoes) are great, mac and cheese is yummy, honey biscuits are primo. Thanks and keep it up Halal Chesters Chicken! Buffalo hidden gem

This place used to be one of my favorite fast food places. Food quality has gone downhill!! Unprofessional staff, and increased prices with worse food quality will keep me away for a very long time. One or two bad experiences deserve benefit of the doubt, but this place has been a constant disappointment as of late.1. The fried chicken is drier than saw dust.2. Most items are very salty. Hoagies used to be cheesy and savory- now they are dry or over salty.3. Fried chicken sandwich can be called cold sandbag. I couldn’t take more than 2 bites.4. Tenders are very dry and seem to be bought from frozen section of a grocery store.5. Staff lacks basic communication and customer service skills.6. Finding parking is a nightmare. If you avoid the potholes and raised curb you will find no available parking spots in the plaza.

Very stale food! They fried the old chicken twice or maybe thrice !! Because the coating was so hard. Chicken tenders were also hard as leather , they don't even have branded soda drinks, some cheap new sodas I've never heard of. I would suggest save your health and never go here!!! It's a dirty place with bugs, such a disgusting experience
