I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant. We travelled to Buffalo for a short trip and were excited to try some local food. I ordered a medium-rare steak, but it arrived almost well-done. The server offered to remake it, and despite the long wait, I agreed, especially since this is not an inexpensive restaurant. My friend’s pierogies were also undercooked on the edges.
The replacement steak then arrived raw in the middle and only seared on the outside. When I asked if it could be cooked a bit more, the chef or manager came out, stared at me through his glasses, and insisted that the first steak had been “the perfect medium-rare.” The server added, in a lecturing tone, “for your future reference, that was the perfect medium-rare steak.”
He eventually brought out a properly cooked medium-rare steak (as shown in the photo attached) but continued to stare at me the entire time, making the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Overall, the food was poorly prepared, and the attitude from the staff made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this restaurant.

We ordered the Calamari appetizer and it felt like they were rationing the calamari. The jalapeño slaw that the calamari was served with was completely tasteless. My wife ordered the Braised Short Rib and it was served ice cold and tough as leather. We sent it back and asked that they bring her the soup of the day which was a tomato basil soup. Soup was just okay, really nothing special. The “Onion Rings” that were served with the Steak Frites were soggy and bland and seemed to missing onions. The service was great, the issues here reside solely in the kitchen.

Love coming here. Most waiters are really cool. There's one waitress who is not preferred. Food is good and nice portions. Beautiful scenery for quick pics and valet parking. They will fix mistakes...please be specific and have them repeat your order to you.

Went for my mom’s Birthday brunch! Quiet atmosphere, fast service and really good food. Usually I second-guess burgers made with any BBQ sauce for being too sweet. But this one, was just right. It was sweet but the tanginess of the sauce made a perfect balance!
