We had Valentine’s Day dinner reservations and arrived about ten minutes early. Despite visible open tables, we were told to return in 30 minutes.
Once seated downstairs, service remained inconsistent. I ordered a whiskey I had just had at the rooftop bar and was told it was unavailable. My partner ordered a drink that was also available upstairs, yet staff had difficulty accommodating the request. The waitress was not accommodating and only became somewhat attentive near the end of the meal.
We spent over $1,000 on dinner. The food quality and service did not justify the cost. Overall, this experience did not meet the standards expected for fine dining, and I would not recommend it

Today I had an absolutely incredible beet and shrimp salad. It was perfectly balanced, fresh, and full of flavor. I highly recommend it!
Grace provided the highest level of service — attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. She made the experience even more special.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and will be more than happy to return again💖

Our server Cameron was amazing. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was perfect. We had oxtail tortellini along with salmon in a honey Cajun glaze. Salmon was cooked perfectly. The tortellini was stuffed with potato and cheese. Homemade lentil soup and amazing signature cocktails

Not sure how to review this place but they expect me to prepay after I ordered my food. This is the first time I experience this kind of situation, So I decided to cancel my order….
I ordered a medium-rare steak that arrived almost well-done. After a long wait for a remake, the replacement came out raw in the center and only seared on the outside. When I asked for it to be cooked a bit more, the chef/manager came out, stared at me, and insisted the first steak was “the perfect medium-rare.” The server then lectured me with, “For your future reference, that was the perfect medium-rare steak.”
A properly cooked steak eventually arrived, but the attitude throughout was uncomfortable and unprofessional. My friend’s pierogies were also undercooked.
For an expensive restaurant, both the food quality and service were unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.

Had a great experience at Chez Ami, sitting at the bar. My bartender, Nick, was absolutely fantastic — attentive, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful in crafting what is now officially my future favorite drink of all time: the Smokin Dream. He took care with the process and made the experience feel personal, not rushed. Date of attendance 1.6.27 between 5:30-8 pm
The host, Cameron, was also wonderful — welcoming and kind, adding to the overall positive vibe of the evening.
Great music, great service, and a cocktail experience I’ll definitely be back for.

The bahn mi appetizer was amazing! So flavorful
We enjoyed the oxtail tortellini and the braised short rib. Both were prepared perfectly and so tasty.
The bartender took care of us, too, and made a delicious lemon drop.
Can't wait to get back there again soon.
