Chili’s offers great value for the quality and portion sizes they serve. It’s clear they prioritize customer satisfaction, and it really shows.
I’ll definitely be returning soon and highly recommend Chili’s to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

The hostess was not friendly at all. We walked in and she just stared us down even after we said hello. It wasn’t until we said table for two that she said anything. Really weird and you’d think they’d put someone that is somewhat adept socially at the front of a busy restaurant.
Chicken was too hard(over-cooked) They were too busy to send it back. But I ate the side salad I ordered. Miyguest.ordered burger fries and chips salsa she was pleased.

Sorry never again, sat for over 20 min no service yet plenty of staff and not very busy, 2nd time this has happened. Both times ended up leaving.

Was there tonight and no one came to ask for drinks or an order....they seated me, gave menus for 10 minutes & no one came, so I left. Definitely will not be going back again...

This is a pretty standard casual fast dining experience. Fair food, nothing terribly special but acceptable. The service was fast and the server pleasant. Overall, there's not much different from a TGIFridays or Applebees.
When I went they were out of all diet options of drinks, which I understand is often out of the control of the restaurant but as someone eho can't drink sugared drinks it was still disappointing. Likewise, when I got my water there was black specks floating in it, which was not great.
The food came out quickly and was about as expected. No top-tier cuisine, but acceptable burgers and bar food. The margarita, however, was very strong and didn't taste very good, nor was the rim salted correctly.
The restaurant was clean and well-staffed, and all the interactions with employees was pleasant.
Overall, a mediocre dining experience, neither good nor bad.
Mozzarella sticks are amazing fresh crispy and hot!
