Food is inconsistent depending on the day. Sometimes it's made fresh other times it's like it's been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Service is slow. Placed looked like it had alot of staff just standing around trying to look busy instead of being busy.

The cooks were at the top of their game food was perfect. Service was really good. I think they were a little shorthanded, but they made it work and the atmosphere is the atmosphere it's all consistent.

We were pan handled at this restaurant on transit in Williamsville this lady who was well dressed to the nines was coming to each table asking people for money and the management did nothing about it how rude and the waitress was sticking up for her! I love chilis and have been going for years but shame on them unfortunately next time I guess I will have to think twice wow my mind is literally blown how unacceptable we will not go back!

Our experience at this Chili's location was wonderful. We were seated promptly, had an excellent waiter, food was quick to arrive and hot. Everything was delicious! Only complaint was the music was pretty loud, but otherwise, we had an enjoyable evening.

First time at Chili's in over 20 years. What a difference. Portion sizes are way smaller, prices are triple. Ordered 2 burgers and the bill with tip was $35. They come with a very small portion of fries. It's becoming impossible to find reasonably priced restaurants.
