The portions are definitely smaller. The bowl was just ok. You pay extra for the chips that say made fresh daily, but they were cold, greasy and disgusting. Probably won't return.

It was the worst chipotle we have ever been to. The worst. We said Happy Halloween 4 times and no response. There was no acknowledgement at all. Instead of making our bowl, they were laughing and doing everything else. The brown rice was the most mushy brown rice I have ever seen. They ran out of everything. Also, they slapped a new layer of guacamole on top of very old guac. My sister got food poisoning the next day. Everything was old and stale. They said they didn't have cheese but I know they did. It was absolute trash. Will never ever go here. Ever!

The young lady who made my bowl was very rude and gave me an attitude and speaking aggressively to me the entire time, once I paid for my food spending nearly $30 for what they gave me was a scoop of rice she threw my bag of food and walked away. Very upset and disappointed that was a terrible experience and when I took a bite of my food the rice was hard and Im guessing not cooked long enough. Zero stars!

If you’re going to be open until 10 I expect you to have everything to at least 9:15. I came in a little before 9 I originally wanted hot honey chicken but they were out so I switched to double chicken but they only had enough for a half scoop. Wanted pinto beans didn’t have any left wanted corn salsa didn’t have any left I just left after this.

DANGER!!! Hard plastic in food!!! And when we confronted the staff, they didn't apologize. They acted like this happens all the time. Wth!? The worst part is, it was discovered almost at the end of my bowl, so I'm hoping I didn't already ingest any other pieces.

What is there to say. It's decent food at an ok price. Inconsistent with portions, but what you get is always good.
This is frankly the worst Chipotle I've been to, and unfortunately it's the one closest to my home. Consistent delivery issues, forgetting to include items, not giving proper portions, etc... Almost every time I get delivery and at-least half of the time I eat-in.
But the last straw was when I ate a steak burrito only to realize halfway through that the steak was legitimately uncooked and cold to the touch in the middle. I had food poisoning for three days afterward.
All-in-all, there are very few redeeming qualities to this Chipotle location.
