These new people you guys hired here or whatever are literally rude and terrible. They will mess up your order and blame it on you. I am glad to see I am not the only one complaining about the incompetent staff at this location. This use to be my favorite location to come to but not anymore. These people are ghetto as hell and act like they own the place all while doing half the work since items are always "out" or "unavailable." Do better Chipotle, the people you hire to represent you are the same ones to make or break your company.
This Chipotle sucks, the staff doesn't want to be there and they dont want any customers to be there either and it shows when you walk in door.

Sunday, 6pm. very light traffic. Went to order a bowl with chicken. They said they were out of chicken and it would be 25 minutes wait time if I wanted chicken. Call the fam to rework our whole order. Get back in line. Begin ordering again... Second item was a quesadilla... Worker stopped me to go check in back. Comes back to tell me they are out of tortillas. The precious two times we've been at this location we ordered online and our orders were all wrong.I guess what I'm saying is. Chipotle is going downhill fast and this location is a shining example of how to lose a customer forever.
This is literally the worst chipotle anywhere and I'm shocked it's even still open. The employees are the laziest out of any fast food place that I've ever seen. Every day this place doesn't do the simplest of things like cook more steak when they run out. If I were the owner of this place I'd fire that whole sorry pathetic staff. These workers is why this chipotle is only 3 stars on Google. The worst rated chipotle around for a reason, their awful employees. Do yourself a favor and replace these lazy people here. You lose customers all the time over them. Like me today. I use to come here twice a week, never ever again will you get my money you bums.

I ate here yesterday. They didn't have any salad dressing, but that's okay because I was sick and threw up all the food immediately after eating it. I considered calling the health department, but it's not worth the hassle. I won't be going back.
