First the good: The food is always great whenever I come in, the outdoor seating is also nice. The bad: The place is like a giant trash can, The garbage is always overflowing which makes it impossible to throw stuff away, the tables are disgusting looking like they have never been cleaned, and not to mention every time I have been here they have been out of ice in the soda machine. There is also trash everywhere. I will be coming back but only for the food and definitely not for the restaurant.

This was the filthiest restaurant that I was in for a long time! We walked in, and first of all noticed the filthy floor. Trash, food, and drink spills on the floor. Then we noticed that there was not one clean table to sit at, even though they were not very busy! Then we noticed the food area behind the counter. Food was everywhere! We walked out without getting any food there.

I ordered two steak tacos with guacamole cheese tomato a little bit of hot sauce it was pretty good on a hard shell I was disappointed with the salsa because it's just chopped up tomatoes with a little bit of green cilantro the people were friendly enough and you got your phone pretty much you know quick the place was not clean most of the tables were not washed off the floors had so much stuff on it they haven't been swept or cleaned the pop machine tasted like a need to be cleaned out the hallway to the bathroom was dirty the floors were just dirty all the floors needed to be scrubbed and washed I'm not going back anytime soon

If I could write a zero star, what’s crazy is that I NEVER write a review but it’s getting to a point! I’m so upset that there is no other chipotle close to my home so this is my only option sometimes. The customer service is HORRIBLE From the cashier to the line servers, they are horrible. Their attitude is ridiculous. I hate when one guy is working the line ordering is very uncomfortable he makes it seem like what you’re asking for is the weirdest thing in the world. The cashier I have every so often is just flat out RUDE and nasty…Don’t come to this location just off of the customer service it should be shut DOWN.

I visited this Chipotle tonight at 8 pm. If i recall the store closes at 10 pm. That means there’s still two hours left that they would be open and there were plenty of people inside. Firstly they were out of chicken and cooking some - which is fine but why did no one check sooner that they would be out. Waited for about 20 minutes and then heard there were also no fajita veggies and the chicken still wasn’t off the grill yet so I left. The lady also was very rude to a customer behind me when she asked if they were cooking chicken or just out. The worker responded with “I don’t think you want raw chicken honey” in the most demeaning tone ever - this employee should be fired for being rude. I decided to leave because there was no veggies and no one had planned on cooking more. You are still open for two more hours and there were two workers just wandering about. I recommend maybe a manager being around more often because this is not the first bad experience I had at this location. I will likely never return.
We haven't been to this location and will probably not go back. The restaurant was dirty. We got up to order where we chose the entree half of the pans were empty, the food looked all dried out, the counter was dirty looks like it hadn't been wiped off all day. There were literally 9 employees standing behind the counter half of them not doing anything at all.they could have been cleaning or filling product. The restaurant itself was dirty. Tables needed to be wiped, the trash was over flowing and the restroom was disgusting. All in the the food was ok but nothing to brag about. With all those employees there the restaurant should have been spotless and the food should have been good.

I like to sit down and enjoy my lunch unfortunately this is not a place to do so. Every chipotle I have been to is dirty, tables floor and I’m sure the back house is also. Today though the Blasdell NY location was extremely dirty and the employees do not seem to care. I’ll just have to find a new restaurant to enjoy Mexican food.
