A burger is $16 with no fries. The burger was not well done as ordered and Im pregnant so I had to go home and cook it until it was done. I also ordered a chicken caesar salad which was $17 and was super basic with two small chicken strips. Just not what I expected for the price.

The lady at the counter for take out is so rude all the time seems so miserable. The phone is always busy non stop like they purposely leave the phone off the hook on several occasions I have called on and off for 2 hours and phone was busy. good food but need to work on better customer service.

The receptionist or whoever she is, is genuinely a nightmare to deal with. The way she talks to people is abhorrent. Not sure what her problem is but she ruins the whole experience. SHE gave me the wrong sandwich and then acted like I inconvenienced her. Unbelievable that ppl like her are still in the world, rude for no reason.

The ITALIANO which is new apparently, was INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend and this place straight up, one of the best in all the 716. Go early tho, they get busy and they only do what they can.

Absolutely love this place for lunch. Sandwiches are HUMONGOUS! I always cut mine in half! This place is always so busy, especially for take out, and that’s for a reason. Best sandwich/ wrap spot in the area. Never disappointed! i recommend the panko chicken avocado club, so yumm! Haven’t been for dine-in, but would love to some day :)
P.S. I also saw people commenting on the cashiers rude demeanor. This place is BUSY! She gets things done! She’s quick, efficient, and to the point. Exactly the kind of person this busy place needs!

This was the last place we got to eat before catching our flight back home. The portions were huge, so one person couldn't finish a meal on their own. You can definitely share your plate with a friend if you're out for a quick lunch, but there is a $2 charge for sharing. The staff members were friendly and kind, and their fish taco was a perfect 10 out of 10. My biggest regret is I couldn't finish the whole plate of great food myself.
Just dealt with the infamous Kate from the reviews. Im from out of town and live closer to NYC where such attitudes are expected. Sounds like Kate knows she is awful and does not care from other reviews I’ve read. Does the owner take note of all the negative reviews purely about customer service?
