Chris’ New York Sandwich Shop has provided me with great lunches every single time I order. I always make it a point to stop here after going to appointments at Buffalo Family Chiropractic Wellness. It can be quite busy around the lunch hour, but absolutely worth the wait. I have tried about 80% of the total menu, I’ve never been disappointed with any of the meals - the serving sizes are huge! Great homemade dressings on their wonderful salads, fresh backed breads, the amazing sandwiches warm or cold.I really cannot say enough about this place. If you’ve never been, go ahead and visit or call in an order (well in advance) for pickup. There’s a reason they are busy - excellent food. Thank you for the great lunches!

First time take out; ordered the fish fry-fish itself is ok! Coleslaw is too sweet and the salad is bland, maybe offer fries instead of two cold sides. New week new item; the burger! Not bad but truly overpriced and overated! Huge burger that lacked flavor! Colleagues insisted I try the burger 👎

Fantastic sandwiches. My party had the jerk chicken sandwich and the smoked turkey dill salad sandwich. The turkey was super tender and the seasoning was excellent with both.

My colleagues and I just left Chris and Sandwich Co. I've patronized this restaurant for more than 10 years. I raved about it because I love their food, especially their specialty salads. However, today was something that I have never experienced. The waitress we had was named Sue who seemed to be unfriendly from the very beginning. Our food came to the table at 12:01 pm and she brought our check and take out containers at 12:11 pm as if to say it was time for us to go. We were not finished eating nor did we ask for a container or our check. As much as I enjoyed dining at this place, I will never eat their again. Even though she is not the owner, the establishment will suffer because of her. I felt extremely insulted. I will never patronize any restaurant that make me feel as if I am not wanted. I work to hard to spend my money at a place who hires a worker that treats their customers in that manner.

A burger is $16 with no fries. The burger was not well done as ordered and Im pregnant so I had to go home and cook it until it was done. I also ordered a chicken caesar salad which was $17 and was super basic with two small chicken strips. Just not what I expected for the price.

I ordered a salad and was charged $27!!!!! The salad came with 2 pieces of chicken... Never again. Cool experience tho. But never again. Too pricey and for that price I should have received at Least 3 pieces of chicken.

This review is for take out only so I can't comment on the atmosphere or service but the food is amazing! I had the chicken milanese salad, and wow, some of the best breaded chicken cutlets I've ever had. The homemade balsamic dressing was the best! I would buy that dressing by the bottle if I could. My salad had a generous amount of grated parmesan cheese too which was great as I love cheese. It was a scrumptious lunch and I would definitely order again. If I had to make a constructive criticism it would be that for the price $$$ of the salad, I expected a larger salad. The chicken to salad ratio was way off. The chicken was absolutely amazing but the salad was lacking. In any case though, I would recommend this restaurant for sure! I look forward to trying other items.
