Cajun chicken salad croissant sandwich is unbelievable!! Their cookies are also great and it is nice to dine in or take out. If you like a little heat, try the Turkey jalapeño club. I recommend subbing the garlic mayo for Cajun Mayo.

Food is always excellent, the cashier Kate is incredibly rude. I’ve been coming here for years because the food is wonderful, however Kate makes ordering very discouraging. Today I finally asked her “are you always so short with people?” She answered “yes” to which I replied “that’s unfortunate, you must lose a lot of customers due to that” she said “no, not really… they can’t find anyone to replace me so…” and then gave me a smirk. I asked who the manager was and she smiled while gloating “yes that’s me” then turned her back. Because I had already paid I just took my receipt and left. I truly hope one day her theory is wrong and she does get replaced. Absolutely disgusting.

If this place could ever figure out how to deal with customers and how to run efficiently, they'd be the best place in town---b/c the food is always good to great... the service is always AWFUL. Have been hung up on, told they were too busy, had orders all messed up and then treated poorly when we called back to inquire. Owner is an ego maniac that should never ever deal w/the public b/c he only makes it worse. Revolving door with their servers b/c I'm guessing they get treated like the customers.There are better places to go people, where you can get good food, timely and treated with respect.2 thumbs down for Chris' "NY Sandwich Co"... foh

We may have hit lunch on an ‘off’ day, but despite wanting to love it here, there were too many issues. We were told right from the start a number of menu options were unavailable, but settled in on our order avoiding the items mentioned.. Smoked chicken bean soup was amazing, but when our orders came, one was totally wrong (a burger versus steak sandwich)- then we were told they were out of steak also. Blue cheese substitute on a salad versus the menu-stated gorgonzola also was disappointing. They had no butter for the delicious bread. Mixed bag here, but it would be difficult to give a great review. Atmosphere was also cute until visiting a ladies room with very old cobwebs and a bery dirty door, Table next to us also sent an inaccurate order back and one iof the waitresses said ‘uh oh’ when a party of 5 came in. This place was not prepared to serve what was on their menu and did a substandard job of dealing with it.

This will definitely be on my list the next time I'm in Buffalo and so should you! What a diamond in the rough. Follow the google map directions and you get right there. A cute place on the inside. Very nicely decorated. The service was great. Our server was friendly and took great care of us. The FOOD! OMG! The best sandwich I have ever eaten. Take a look at the pics. The Cajun fries were great and sweet potatoes were cooked perfectly. The sandwiches were a flavor combination to enlighten your taste buds. I ate every bit of it. The two sandwiches featured in the photos were different flavor profiles but both were dynamite for taste! Thank you for a great lunch. See you again one day.

Ordered around a dozen sandwiches for lunch for a work event. 4 of us are vegan so we asked for them to make a vegan sandwich for just the 4 of us. It's 2023, didn't think it would be that hard but boy was I wrong. Probably the worst sandwich I've ever had. Just salad in a wrap. No dressing, no salt pepper or any kind of seasoning at all. The wrap itself felt like I was eating the Pharaohs leather sandals. Zero pride or artistry in their work at all here. Maybe they just hate us tree huggers, but it was definitely not worth the $12+ it cost me. I'd rather they just have said they don't make anything vegan. Bummer.

Got a sandwich to go the other day and it wasn't the same experience as it was in house. The sandwich was MASSIVE but wasn't cut in half, so I struggled to eat it while at work. The sandwich itself was pretty good- I ordered the Panko Chicken Avocado Club, and my only other desire was that it had more Gorgonzola cheese on it. The chicken didn't have a ton of flavor so it really relied on the toppings. Probably wouldn't get that sandwich again but will return to Chris'
