I’m am a western New York native And I truly believe in supporting small business. I knew I was going to be in town for a few days visiting from PA so I put in an order for a custom birthday cake. They told me they could not make a 12 inch round but they could make a 10 inch round. I happily agreed and they told me I had to pay for it before they would make it. Again, I understand that so I paid for it. $67.85. I think we can all agree that that is an exorbitant amount of money for a 10 inch round cake, but I happily paid it because it was for a friend of mine for her birthday. I went to pick up the cake at the time I had told them I would be there and of course there was no cake. They asked for my phone number and I assumed I would get a call back. I drove all the way back to Pennsylvania, which was a 6 Hour trip by the way, and never received so much as a phone call, text message ,email - nothing. Very unprofessional. I advise anyone who is ordering a cake or anything from them to not pay in advance and to be all over them as far as confirming what you ordered and that it will be available and ready for you when you come to pick it up. I will never buy anything from them again And if I don’t receive a refund immediately, I will be doing a charge back with my bank. Buyers beware.

Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I custom ordered a cake and cut out cookies for a baby shower. They lost my order due to a change in staff (I had already paid a 50% deposit) and made me resubmit my order 2 months later. I got a call less than 24 hours before my event to tell me that I will not even be receiving the cookies I ordered (and paid for) because the lady who makes them is sick (they order out the cookies). I was under the impression that since this is a bakery, I would be receiving cookies they themselves made but that was not the case. They did not give me a plan B for my cookies and the poor cake decorator called me to give me the news. The manager didn’t even call me. I go the next day to pick up my cake and get a refund for the cookies and they tried to give me a gift card. I said no and they gave me cash. Then I looked at my cake and saw they spelled the baby’s name wrong on the cake. I then waited 20 more minutes while they tried to fix it. The final product was honestly embarrassing to bring to the party and again, they sent out an employee to give me the news, not the manager. This cake was $150. I will not be coming back and will not recommend this place.

Ordered and picked up a birthday cake yesterday. Staff was incredibly accommodating and pleasant, only to be outdone by the quality of the birthday cake. Highly recommend!

I usually enjoy coming into this bakery, but today was disappointing. I received an email saying that my $10 birthday reward had been added to my account, but they would not honor it. I had planned to buy multiple items, but ended up only getting one. When I asked the employee whether the reward email was a mistake, she said their system was switching over, which left me feeling misled.

Great local business with a fun assortment of items.

The treats are so delicious and fresh, and lots of seasonal options. On top of that, the service is always friendly and welcoming. A must-visit spot for anyone with a sweet tooth!

We ordered our wedding cake from Chrusciki and it was outstanding. We got the Almond Raspberry swirl cake with a buttercream icing and it was delicious and beautiful. The did exactly what we wanted but most importantly people said it was the best wedding cake they ever had!

They don't respond to refund requests after cancelling classes without any prior notifications. When we call they are rude and hang up the calls.

I had booked a cake decorating class for July 19th for my wife at Chrusciki Bakery. I was't notified of the cancellation through mail or sms and only had to find out once we have arrived for the class.
I tried to claim a refund directly from eventbrite and was asked to contact the organizer directly.
Fast forward to Sept 19th, I am still trying to get hold of someone from the bakery. No one is responsive enough to take care of these issues and ask for my name and number that they can forward to their manager. I haven't received one call from them yet and are rude whenever I ask them for a resolution or get hung up.

BEWARE!! Don’t ever attend their baking/decorating classes. It’s a scam. They end up canceling without a prior notice and don’t refund the money. We have been trying to reach whoever is in-charge from 2 months. Manager is very rude. She hung up the call on face.

I had seen the reviews for this location and thought it looked decent enough to go try, I had spent $70 USD only to have my pastries to be toppled over and mushed onto each other. It not only ruined my pastries taste due to it being over lapped on to each other, they are now not even presentable to my guest!
