The treats are so delicious and fresh, and lots of seasonal options. On top of that, the service is always friendly and welcoming. A must-visit spot for anyone with a sweet tooth!

We ordered our wedding cake from Chrusciki and it was outstanding. We got the Almond Raspberry swirl cake with a buttercream icing and it was delicious and beautiful. The did exactly what we wanted but most importantly people said it was the best wedding cake they ever had!

They don't respond to refund requests after cancelling classes without any prior notifications. When we call they are rude and hang up the calls.

I had booked a cake decorating class for July 19th for my wife at Chrusciki Bakery. I was't notified of the cancellation through mail or sms and only had to find out once we have arrived for the class.
I tried to claim a refund directly from eventbrite and was asked to contact the organizer directly.
Fast forward to Sept 19th, I am still trying to get hold of someone from the bakery. No one is responsive enough to take care of these issues and ask for my name and number that they can forward to their manager. I haven't received one call from them yet and are rude whenever I ask them for a resolution or get hung up.

BEWARE!! Don’t ever attend their baking/decorating classes. It’s a scam. They end up canceling without a prior notice and don’t refund the money. We have been trying to reach whoever is in-charge from 2 months. Manager is very rude. She hung up the call on face.

I had seen the reviews for this location and thought it looked decent enough to go try, I had spent $70 USD only to have my pastries to be toppled over and mushed onto each other. It not only ruined my pastries taste due to it being over lapped on to each other, they are now not even presentable to my guest!

I came here with my husband on July 4th as we were looking for a place to have breakfast and coffee and luckily they were open. I called them before and they answered me so we came here and I got coffee and a Nutella pastry twist while my husband got a slice of chocolate cake. The girl at the bar was super nice and knowledgable, she knew all the products and she answered kindly to all our questions. The environment is very pretty and clean and even the outdoor seating is very nice.

The old fashioned cupcakes have been my favorite since a kid. However don’t get the macarons from here they are not made right. Each experience with these cookies was disappointing. They don’t bang out the macarons like you’re supposed to so theirs is all air and crumble at first bite. Which is not how these delicate cookies are supposed to be. And $3 each is over priced for something not authentic.

My husband and I went to the Broadway Market on the Thursday before Easter as we always do every year we went to your booth as we always do and bought Rye bread some Strudel’s and Chrusciki’s . You did not have any seeded rye which was very disappointing and the bread had mold on it by Easter Sunday The strudel’s where very dry and the Chrusciki’s where absolutely disgusting they were so stale we threw this all in the garbage and we spent almost $80 and we couldn’t eat it very disappointed in your bakery this year notsure if we will ever return and we drive over a hour to your bakery

Bought one loaf of placek at Wegmans last week. Less topping. Hardly any raisins. I thought maybe it was a fluke. Then I got one bought at Broadway Market. Same. Did you alter the recipe? Get a new baker? It’s boring. The rest of your menu is fabulous and tasty. XO

I started ordering from the Lancaster location during COVID to help a local company and ALL their baked goods were delicious. Since moving to their Eastern Hills location quality is terrible. I stopped in before Easter and all their staples like rye bread and placek were sitting on tables pre bagged and looked like they have been there for a week. I purchased placek, it was dry and stale and very little crumb topping all powdered sugar on top. I also purchased a piece of polish cheesecake with whipped topping, also dry and seemed liked it was baked a week ago. N
VERY disappointing. Will not be purchasing from there any more
