The idea to purchase by the hour is nice. But now the machines are set so low for tickets it is not worth it. You spend $100 to win 2 dollars worth of candy. I would rather go to dave and busters where you can actually win tickets and decent prizes.

Disappointed in the addition of the trampoline area and unfortunately we won't be returning to chuck e cheese here or the new Delaware location.
The best part of coming there was that my small children could do anything they wanted, play whatever they wanted, they had an entire space with unlimited access for an hour (we always did the 60 minute unlimited play). Now with the new fun passes I figured we'd go way more often BUT now the locations have a soft play area and/or trampolines in the middle of the place that are NOT included in any arcade passes or fun passes. Of course your kids are going to want to play in the trampolines or ninja course areas and especially young kids - so what can you do? Either constantly try to keep your kids away or pay an extra fee to use them. The ninja course at Delaware is almost as expensive as Billy bees...basically you now have to pay the price of two full experiences crammed into one space. Too expensive, we will just go to Billy bees for that kind of play and find another place when we want to do an arcade.

You do have to pat extra for the trampoline. Pizza was ok. Salad bar was great. Fresh crisp veggies, very clean. A pretty fun evening all together.
Vegetarian options: Just salad for vegetarian selection. Not sure on dressing.

Bad experience with the manager of the store i ask for my refund I buy a bronze pass for my family and we was having problems online for activated call 📞 customer service never call me back i went on person to the manager for my money back and she just walk away put a sticky note on the receipt and keep walking like i don't care was such a bad experience hope the big corp visit the store and teach them better ways to treat customers. Bathrooms were disgusting l, no soap I won’t even talk about the toilets! The “salad bar” was dirty and not kept up with for refills. What happened to the “old” Chuck E Cheese?
