Friendly staff! We usually get the vegan ice cream we have for sometime recently just went and had it noticed it was not the same it tasted different leaving a weird aftertaste. The staff were polite about it and apologized hopefully it goes back to how it use to be.

I’m from France, and I’ve never had such a delicious ice cream! The lovely lady who made it put so much care into it, even though the restaurant was about to close. I can’t express how happy I am. I can’t wait to come back !!

We love Churn, the vegan ice cream is wonderful, it's nice to be able to have soft serve again! Add sprinkles and OMG, it is the perfect treat! Local, neighborhood gem!

got a churn chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich from the co-op, and there was NO chocolate chip roll in on the side of the vanilla ice cream. always my favorite part of the sandwich, thus it made me very sad.

Vegan soft serve isn’t what it used to be. I’m so sad to say - it used to be my favorite thing, creamy and perfect ice cream. But now it’s grainy and the taste is wrong. It’s less than one star but I’m leaving two stars because it did used to be good and maybe they will go back to their old recipe. But I don’t want to waste another $16 testing it out :(

First and last time ever going here. The lady refused to help us order in the kiosk. Order took forever and then every person that came in after us she helped place their order and take payment. And the ice cream was very limited as far as flavors and wasn’t even that good

Came in a little close to closing the store to order food. Terri was so happy to help even with us coming in late. Great food, great service. Will continue coming back!
Used to be our tried and true place for ice cream. Two bad milkshakes in a row (first one tasted only like milk, no ice cream; second was extremely grainy. Other order was missing a component of the $9 sundae. Server was friendly and accommodating when we mentioned it, but that's not enough considering the milkshake and price. Churros were delicious, but I can get them from the Lloyd side or elsewhere.

I absolutely LOVE churn and will be back but the last few times I have stopped in the coconut (vegan) soft serve has been grainy. It used to be so creamy. A bit of a bummer, I hope they change it back to the way it was </3
