I rented out the front area for my birthday party and I couldn’t have asked for a better time! The service was amazing, the bar was decorated beautifully and food and drinks were delicious! They even allowed me to have a specialty cocktail. We were able to come in advance to drop off some decorations I wanted to put out and we got to try the cocktail beforehand too. Ciao is the kind of place you walk into and instantly feel at home. The food is ridiculously good, the drinks are top-notch and the vibes are just right! Whether you're grabbing a quick drink or settling in for dinner, you'll probably end up staying longer than you planned (in the best way). Definitely coming back!
We had an okay experience here. I expected a little more for the price. Service at the bar was friendly, but we had to wave down the bartender (of which there were three) to get my friend a drink after she arrived and had waited for a while to be noticed.
