With all the trouble and shootings in and around the club and crime around the area just wonder why this club manages to stay open? or why their license don't get suspended by the liquor authority? After someone was killed in there by a underage customer Joey said no more people under 21 but a few weeks later under 21 back in again. He also said he will close at 2am. That lasted for a few weeks also. Joey will say anything to keep his drug business and criminal crowd open. It's just a big shame that this club used to be the best in buffalo years ago to being the worst. Do everyone who are law abiding citizens a favor and get out of Buffalo.

Knowing what I know of the owner, I would never support this place. He moved to where it is now to cater to different cliental. Even before moving, it was already becoming a not safe space for LGBTQ+ peeps. 3 shootings in one year at the new place??!! No thank you. I'll go to the Underground Niteclub where I know my fellow queers, theys, and gays are welcome

I would give this place absolutely no stars, ever since they've changed locations me and my friends had issues. We went to Marcella's twice for Halloween, last year and this year, and have yet been able to get in. We've waited over 2 damn hours to get in the club, and the security was bullshitting around not letting anyone in. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have yet seen the inside of the building, and was never able to get in because security wasn't letting anybody in. Plus security watched people skip other customers as we were waiting to enter. I used to love them, but now they suck probably will never visit again.

I went out to celebrate my friends enGAYgement at club Marcella and had such a horrible experience that left a bad taste in my mouth about this place. I ordered my friends and I 3 shots, paid $32 just to take them and find out I was served water. I told the bartender and of course she got defensive saying “she didn’t open the bar so she didn’t know what to tell me”. I had to continue to express how it was unfair and create a scene which was uncomfortable for me and out of character but I wasn’t about to let this situation slide. Long story short the bartender knows that they rip people off (water down the bottles) and eventually opened a new bottle and my friends and I finally got the shots we paid for. Situation made me feel so uncomfortable that I had to close my tab after and I left within 15 minutes after. Such a bummer they’re ripping people off, shame on this place!

The bartender Julia threw out my long island ice tea that I only took a single sip out of just to scam me into buying another drink. She’s a thief and the hiring managers know that she stole credit card information when she was working her last job at Roxy’s. They like that she’s thief cause not she can steal for them.

Paid $20 cover at 105 am for a 1 am drag show and there was no show…. Bartender was rude and we ubered to and from the club to show friends a drag showWouldn’t of spent all the money for Ubers if website was accurate
The club is a staple in BUFFALO. The service is amazing in my opinion. I love a club with lots of security. The security guards look and act like real security and it makes me feel safe.If your getting crazy drunk, and showing your butt off in the club.... I would want security to remove you.I've been a Black Patron here and I've always been welcomed and treated with respect. The club used to be LGBT only I think but now it's open to all and it wears that cape well.I've met so many popular names from bulls players all the way to populat comedians and radio host at this club.

Be careful at marcella. The bar tender I had, Black guy with dreads charged me for more expensive drinks (which he admitted to) said it was too loud and tipped himself without showing me a receipt and claimed it was auto gratuity (which there is not). I said excuse me where my receipt and he sent me to management. Marcella gave me a hard time about getting a manger and after 20 min of being patient multiple people including a guy who lied and said he was a manager threaten to throw me out once I got upset. The owner finally came and told them to give me a refund. The bartender I had was a thief and who knows how many people he did that too.

Place is awful. 2 recent shootings there (1 person dead), but they "built a fence to keep customers safe". Don't waste your time here. Tons of underage kids and drugs. The owner does NOT care about the LGBTQ community. He found out the hard way his club for "Everyone" wasnt it, and now tried to win back the gays so he can make money. No Bueno Joe, close down already!
