Absolutely the worst smashburger I ever received. Dry, cold, burnt edges, NO EXTRA cheese, 1/2 piece of RAW bacon! Ice cold raw French fries! Disgusting. Called the place and he blamed the delivery guy! Well the delivery guy didn't shove the burger box sideways into the bag! Horrible, never again!

9/25/25::Just ordered from here and today the sauce I ordered was not in my delivery order. I was not in the mood for my meal anymore. A $6 order of plain fries with no sauce. There were some parts of my burger that was pink and raw. Smh ———

I think the branding for the place is fun and so I was expecting something different and was excited to try their special sauce on the burger. Nothing special about it, I mean I liked the burger but it’s not worth the price, the fries were such a disappointment. I’ve made frozen fries that tasted better than this and I paid $6 for them on DoorDash mind you. Wanted to try a local place out but won’t be returning for such mid food with such high prices. Honestly five guys is better and costs the same. Edit: I looked on the website and the fries I got were nothing like the ones they advertise.

I visited 8/11 around 5pm and the young guy never acknowledged me, even after I said hello. Whoever owns this place needs to focus on customer experience. I will never go back

If you're in Buffalo and looking for some delicious comfort food, you have to check out Cluck Cluck Moo Moo. The chicken is incredibly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and their burgers are bursting with flavor. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and the staff is always friendly. The whole place has a fun, laid-back atmosphere, making it a great spot to grab a bite. I'll definitely be going back soon!

Terrible customer service. Ordered online immediately after ordering realized I ordered from Hertel Ave location and not Transit. Called Hertel Ave right away they said Call Transit road tell them your order and show proof of receipt and they will make it for you! Called Transit road location refused to do that! Transit road employee was very unhelpful and unprofessional.
