The owners of this shop should just invest in a coffee dispenser. I tried to order a coffee, and the employees directed me to the kiosk. They were doing nothing. There was another customer struggling to use the kiosk, and they offered no help. I refused to purchase a coffee after the way I was treated. Please shut this place down and put an Illy dispenser instead.

Easily one of the the worst coffees in my life. Flying out around 2pm and had their house blend. It tasted roughly like a coffee filter with essence of stale coffee.

Avoid at all costs if you like black coffee. You’ll have better coffee on the plane.

They offer 2 sizes of coffee, but the kiosk only allows you to purchase the budget size. The difference and price between the the 2 sizes isn't much, but it almost feels like a bait n switch. The kiosk also doesn't allow you to customize the amount of syrup in their flavored coffees, but the last behind the counter was helpful and said she'd do it for me.

I paid roughly $9 for what was essentially port-a-potty water under the guise of an iced coffee with oat milk. Worst coffee of my life by far, and the service was indifferent at best. I smiled and said thank you and was ignored. The breakfast burrito was decent, though!

Came to Coffee Beanery after waiting for my sandwich for over 20 mins at Blue Zone. (probably under same management or ownership with Blue Zone). Went to the Coffee Beanery and they didn’t give me all purchased items to go. System allows you to pay for them even if items are not available. Teller did not check items in the order. Recheck your orders before leaving if you have to get something from this place.
