Good ice cream when they have it. But it's expensive and they are ALWAYS out of 3/4 of the menu. I feel bad for the workers having to answer to that.

Ice cream is always really good, but they've had some bad staffing issues as of late. I've gone at 4pm for 5 days in a row now and they've always been locked up with a paper sign that says sorry closed at 6 (pm) on the door. Hope business picks up enough to fix this because the food is amazing! Edit, looks like it's regular hours for the summer now! Place is still great

The staff here is always great, but some things are good on the menu and other things could be better. The cookies are all delicious, but the soft serve leaves something to be desired. It might have just been something wrong with the machine but the texture was too icy and not nearly as creamy as some other places. I think the hard ice cream is fine, but if you are looking for soft serve specifically this might not be the place. Also it seems like the milk shake machine may have been out of order for a while based on other reviews. Still a good place to have in the neighborhood!

This cookie and ice cream shoppe is so lovely. A step back in time in decor with the warm smell of fresh baked goods. All of the cookies are worth trying, and they usually have two (two!) Gluten Free cookie options. Much love to Cookies & Cream in the Southtowns area!

went in to get ice cream, got two 77s and 2 cookies, the âblizzardsâ were literally ice cream soupâŚ. i never complain about anything but this was ridiculous lmfao on the way out i saw a sign that said âsorry no milkshakesâ so i realized the machine isnât working but no one said that while i ordered or cashed out that the blizzards wouldnât be able to be made either ???? i shouldâve been told sorry the machine is broken but we can do this instead, not just throw it together how they did and giving it to me like thisâŚ.??? i wouldâve gotten something else, idk if they were just flustered or what but definitely not happy for spending $22 on ice cream and cookies.

Ordered a â77 with pb cups and chocolate pretzel caramel. Figured it was all mushed in with vanilla, my fault on not checking. The chocolate part on the pretzel option means ice cream. The girls made it and then saw I do not like chocolate ice cream and then offered to fix it with vanilla - at closing time. It was delicioussss and the service made it that much more enjoyable!
