The staff here is always great, but some things are good on the menu and other things could be better. The cookies are all delicious, but the soft serve leaves something to be desired. It might have just been something wrong with the machine but the texture was too icy and not nearly as creamy as some other places. I think the hard ice cream is fine, but if you are looking for soft serve specifically this might not be the place. Also it seems like the milk shake machine may have been out of order for a while based on other reviews. Still a good place to have in the neighborhood!

This cookie and ice cream shoppe is so lovely. A step back in time in decor with the warm smell of fresh baked goods. All of the cookies are worth trying, and they usually have two (two!) Gluten Free cookie options. Much love to Cookies & Cream in the Southtowns area!

went in to get ice cream, got two 77s and 2 cookies, the “blizzards” were literally ice cream soup…. i never complain about anything but this was ridiculous lmfao on the way out i saw a sign that said “sorry no milkshakes” so i realized the machine isn’t working but no one said that while i ordered or cashed out that the blizzards wouldn’t be able to be made either ???? i should’ve been told sorry the machine is broken but we can do this instead, not just throw it together how they did and giving it to me like this….??? i would’ve gotten something else, idk if they were just flustered or what but definitely not happy for spending $22 on ice cream and cookies.

Ordered a ‘77 with pb cups and chocolate pretzel caramel. Figured it was all mushed in with vanilla, my fault on not checking. The chocolate part on the pretzel option means ice cream. The girls made it and then saw I do not like chocolate ice cream and then offered to fix it with vanilla - at closing time. It was delicioussss and the service made it that much more enjoyable!

An old style atmosphere ice cream and cookie store with helpful friendly staff. SO far the food has been outstanding. I have not found a dish of ice cream that I regret. I strongly recommend this place.
We were in here on a Saturday night 2/3/24 and it was packed! The two employees were awesome! They worked incredibly hard to fill orders for over a dozen people and DoorDash. The ice cream we ordered was fantastic, the employees were very friendly and the place was very clean.

First time trying Cookies and Cream on Seneca st. It was very busy at about 7pm. The ice cream was very good I would recommend. The service was a little slow because of how busy they were but it was worth the wait! We may try ordering ahead next time to avoid that next

Cookie sundaes! We came in about an hour before closing, and they were out of our first two choices of cookies. We ended up getting the Macadamia Nut Cookie Sundae. It was really good! It was the perfect amount to split with someone.
