This was my third visit to this location and once again they had run out of both chicken and steak — with zero apology or concern. Totally unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. Don’t waste your time.

Knock off chipotle kind of vibe in here. The customer service really lacked with questions we had as tourists to the area, our bowls were good. 2 for $37 bowls is abit pricy though.

It’s similar to chipotle concept with different options. I have gone with Thai chicken with rice noodles. The sauce flavour is so hard and food is cold . May be customisation is better option . I don’t like my food . I got the brownie and it’s not soft

I haven't eaten here yet but I plan on real soon. I doordashed from here the other night and I wanted to you know inspect the food and it looked photoshopped lol. In other words the presentation was immaculate everything was neat and clean and you know it wasn't real busy so there wasn't like a huge mess all over the place but everything looked super fresh and delicious and the staff was very accommodating and explained their menu and everyone was in the positive mood and happy and I felt great being inside this restaurant and I can't wait to bring a date here or my family. Regular Core customer, but from hours away. This location was a huge disappointment. Staff was less than friendly, stipulations were shoved down your throat in an unappealing way(signs about limits EVERYWHERE, staff repeating it, etc). No gluten free Mac and cheese which is the whole reason we love Core, and staff was extremely flippant about us expressing our disappointment in that… “I believe it was something g like “Oh, well everyone I know loves the new Mac and cheese” Great, good for you, but some people have celiacs. This was all before we sat down to eat. Once we sat down, we noticed a nearly raw steak that seemed of a lesser quality than what we’re used to at our core location. And when they re-cooked it, because it was inedibly raw, I can only assume they didn’t clean the grill first because it came out tasting like fish. Ultimately we threw away our entire meal and left VERY disappointed. Contacted management about it and did receive coupons to essentially reimburse us for the meals we didn’t eat, but they were only good at the buffalo area stores, which are over 3 hours away. No thanks, never again. A sour taste for the chain as a whole, but definitely will never frequent a Buffalo chain franchise again.

Very sad to see that they are using packaged chicken. Seems like it’s Purdue packaged chicken and no longer fresh. They used to actually cook and grill it right in front of you. Hopefully they go back to the old chicken…

Hi ceiling Warehouse type atmosphere similar to Chipotle but the food was very good so if you're just going to eat it will work fine

Well, I’ve been there twice, the food is really good. Service is good, atmosphere could be better. I literally sat there with my coat on and gloves to eat, this is how it was the first time I went also, because the patio door is unlocked and everybody comes and goes through that door, not using the doors with the vestibule so every time the door opened the temperature dropped, And the fact that it was 13°F outside, I don’t think it was above 40° in that restaurant, I will go there again, but if that patio door is unlocked, I’m just gonna go somewhere else to eat, and why is the patio door unlocked when no one is sitting out on the patio, also people literally walked past the vestibule and use the patio door, fix it or I’m not coming back, there are plenty of other options and with heat, oh, and that patio door needs a washing the glass looks like somebody smeared their greasy hair all over it
