Their food is absolutely amazing! Made fresh and brought out hot. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Delicious, quality comfort food. I’ll def be back.

Good was really good and the people are awesome! The chicken is well seasoned and pairs so well with the waffle. Run to get you one!

Greg and his crew are some of the friendliest food service workers I've ever met. The food is incredible. Their chicken has such a unique delicious flavor, and the waffles are always fresh and cooked to perfection. They have a smoked gouda mac n cheese that will blow you away. the deep fried turkey during Thanksgiving was also amazing!! I've never had a bad experience here. I can't recommend a better place to eat than Crenshaw Chicken and Waffles!

Leeeegit joint. Passes the vibe check for sure. Chicken breast is pounded out schnitzel style and seasoned really well. They could expand the flavor combos with different marinades/cures if they wanted to get bougier, but I like the simplicity despite the menu being large. I would pay extra for actual maple syrup. The place has a good vision of where they wanna go. Great renovated building complex with several other budding businesses adjacent, and also worth visiting while they are prepping your food. You are given a meal pager so you know when your food's ready. Start to finish from order was around 20 minutes. Piping hot fresh. Deep fried waffle bites were insane. Would prefer to eat on site for a crispier waffle(Chinese bubble waffle style), but there are only two tables in the joint during the winter months. There is a common area with picnic tables in the atrium/converted alleyway that is probably awesome during the spring/summer/fall. I feel like they would do sit-down service really well if they had the space. Super professional and well thought out menu arrangement/options, branding and management effort. You can feel the hustle. They gonna outgrow this space in a hurry if they keep it up. Made our way on over after visiting the AKG museum. 5 min drive from the parking garage.

Baabyyyy whew when I say SO good, that's GOODT with a "T". So good so fresh seasoned to perfection. I was speeding to get home to eat it. Omgoodness, it was so good it made me roll my eyes suck my teeth &do a little dance!!🤣 SERIOUSLY! What makes them stand out from others (because other restaurants here have good fish as well) BUT not all be seasoned to perfection like this nor do others have the meal deals like this for someone pescatarian like me. You can't beat it. It's a win win. The customer service was good. It was my first time ordering online& i didn't enter my order correctly (that's why reading is essential lol) but they honored my BOGO & I appreciate that because they didn't have to. Their attitudes were very pleasant & welcoming. I'm definitely about to get into some big back activities with this food!! & everywhere else was closed for the holidays but GOD🙌🏾 good things come to those who WAIT! #MerryChristmasss🤣🥳🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 thank y'all at Crenshaws! #SupportThisBlackOwnedBusiness!💯💪🏾

Amazing food, owner Greg was more than accommodating and allowed us to taste the new waffle bites! A must go if you're in the Buffalo area.
