Good solid choice if you're in the mood for Chinese. Ordered online and it was ready when I got there. Food was good, above average for a take out place. Had the mongolian beef which came with white rice and was delicious. Mixing the rice in to soak up the sauce was great. Also got pork fried rice which I had as leftovers the next day and it was good too.

Ordering through their website is easy and the food was ready in 30 minutes. I got the vegetable udon which was flavorful and a lot of food. I really enjoyed it, and I plan to order here again soon.

worst restaurant ever in Buffalo area. Tried their breakfast once and the food is not tasty and too salty. Later I found out that the sanitation back in the kitchen there is horrible according to one of my friends who used to work there as a kitchen helper. The kitchen workers just put the pots and pans on the ground sometimes because of the tight space. Dishes are not washed thoroughly and he never eats there during the period he worked there.People should report and ask the health officer to have an exam on their sanitation conditions.

Did not enjoy. I used to get takeout all the time and I decided to ordered 3 salt and pepper dinners. I asked for boneless and they gave me the one with bones and it was so soggy. It didn't even have the light batter on it loke it used too and it wasn't crispy ot even had just globs of soggy onions too. I won't be going back. Before covid I use to come here every week . Never again I don't know if it's new owners or what but really went down hill

The restroom is disgusting and seems no one ever cleans it.Food is not good at all, too greasy and too salty. I even spotted a hair on the soup I ordered.Will never, ever go back to this place!

Always like Chinese restaurants with the authentic menu. This place has been added to the list. Had the sweet and sour butter-fly fish. It was excellent but do not order if you do not know how to eat around bones. Highly recommend this place for authentic chinese

Best Chinese restaurant in Western New York! But unfortunately they will be closing soon so make sure you get in to try their amazing food before they do! There is excellent service here, they are very helpful and accommodating and speak great English and will customize any order to your exact specifications without any issues. Great for Vegans too, many dishes can be made fully vegan without any confusion or mix ups like at most Chinese restaurants where they will still put fish sauce or something non-vegan into your food. They also do not use MSG, the food here is is healthy and light and you can eat a large meal here and not have to worry about feeling sluggish afterwards. I highly recommend the Singapore Noodles, Hot & Sour Soup, and Eggplant in Garlic Sauce.

Maybe good for take out.. food was not bad but had better.The bathroom was UNHEALTHY gross and disgusting. We told the young kid and even the adult , who we thought was the owner.., went in there. Nothing was done. We didn't observe sanitizing tables after they were cleared by the boy.

We ordered Crystal Asian Cuisine delivery quite a few times from our house in Tonawanda. Sadly have just moved out of the delivery area, because it was always pretty tasty and a good value. There were occasional consistency issues (e.g. the crab rangoon would be crisp golden deliciousness one time, and a month or two later same thing ordered would be over-fried or soggy) but overall very good chinese. The dim sum was a nice extra when they had it, always excellent. There was also a great variety of american-chinese options and actual chinese options, so you can mix it up every time you order.

Food was palatable but I believe the Chicken came from KFC across the street and they forgot my soup. Very expensive to have this experience

I had the orange beef which was really good except no spice. I've never seen orange beef not spicy. They need a different kind of egg roll because what they have is like mush on the inside, next time I'll get the wonton soup. Hopefully they'll change their eggrolls.
