Took Over an hour for us to get our food. Only one person working in the kitchen. However, we were well taken care of by Michaela, who was handling everything. She was the only bartender/server there handling a big crowd. She was very sweet, kind and patient. Not happy that it took over an hour for our food, but Michaela made our time there very enjoyable. ❤️

We had a very pleasant bar tendor/waitress named Michaela. She was the only one in the front of the house. There was only her and one cook.
With that said, our dinner took over an hour to get.
Michaela was handling everything with no attitude.
If you see michaela, tip her well.

I think the kitchen too small for the extended variety on the menu. We waited over an hour for our 4 meals. (Because another table of 7 was there before us). Hamburger was well done when medium ordered. Chicken Broccoli Alfredo was basically noodles and lots of sauce with 'sparkling' of tiny broccoli flower pieces, and only 3 maybe 4 pieces of chicken. Asked for light Alfredo sauce but received over abundance, maybe trying to compensate for the delay. There was only the 2 tables, unsure if possibly others at bar needed kitchen. Food was good, but couldn't enjoy it because we had to rush get to a show at Sheas.

Went there before a play for dinner at Shea's Buffalo. This place is on the Chippewa bar strip, so we were not expecting much. Walking inside, it looks like a typical party/cocktail bar, brick walls, long bar, and tables opposite the bar with plastic chairs and Formica tables, so you are sitting in the bar. At 5:30PM on restaurant week before a nearby playing of Hamilton, we were the only diner's there (and only 4 others at the bar). Now the good part.... one of the best meals I have had in a long time!!!!! Waitress/bartender was prompt, attentive and friendly. The special for restaurant week that we had was $35 for soup/salad (I had soup), Duck with asparagus, yams, sprouts and and pie for dessert. This meal was fabulous! Perfect portion and perfect flavor. The caramel/peanut butter pie was luscious! On top of all this, we were there during happy hour, so $3 a beer. I highly recommend trying this place to eat, just don't expect a cozy, intimate atmosphere. You won't be disappoints, and you won't be broke.

Shenanigan Dinner for Michael’s Celebratory Birthday!!!!🍸🍸🍸🍸🥂🎉🎊🥳

While waiting for a flight in Dulles, I engaged with two very nice ladies from Buffalo and asked them for places in the city to eat. D-Tour was their first recommendation, so the Missus and I decided to make a reservation and check it out.

It was not overly busy yet at 5:30 on a Friday, so the atmosphere was incredibly laid back. Our server, Sam, was attentive and knowledgeable of all things on the menu. Since the Early Bird Special was recommended by my travel companions, the Missus and I decided we'd each do that.

The spicy corn, shrimp and andouille soup for the first course was excellent with the right amount of flavor and spice. The salad vegetables were crisp and fresh, and the ranch dressing (the Missus is from the Midwest - everything must come with ranch) tasted better than most from a bottle (not sure if it is made in house or not).

We both got the burger and they were cooked perfectly (medium rare for me and medium for her). The french fries were crispy and the portions were large - even for someone like me who can pack away most restaurant meals no problem.

We had to get our desserts to go, but I am sure they will be just as good as everything else. The Key Line Pie and Snickers Caramel Peanut Butter Pie both looked great.

She also had a glass of the red sangria which was a solid balance of refreshing fruit flavors and alcohol content. All in all we had a great time, at a great place, and for a three course meal - an excellent price. I would definitely recommend D-Tour to anyone in the Buffalo area.

This place is never open when we're downtown (Sun/Mon), but if we are throughout the week, it's a nice martini bar. Food is excellent, drinks are drinks. Bartenders are entertaining, which sometimes keeps us there longer than we should be. Highly recommend stopping in at least once and see for yourself.
