Self-control goes to die at Daniela’s…
Second visit and still no regrets—except maybe the lack of willpower. The penne melanzane and burrata was so good I had to resist face-planting into the bowl (in a good way). My date ordered the spicy mussels twice in one night—appetizer and entrée—because they were that addictive. The pear salad was fresh and delicious, just a touch overdressed (didn’t stop me from finishing it). Still haven’t made it to dessert because we’re always too full from how good everything else is. A very happy, very stuffed problem to have.

And, honestly, a place that prevents you from reaching the dessert menu is either a tragedy or a triumph. In this case, it’s clearly a triumph wrapped in carbs and shellfish.

The space itself is cozy and charming, but definitely loud—they’ve clearly outgrown it. The packed house is a testament to how good the food is, even if you have to lean in a little closer to hear your date.

Went here for Valentine’s Day lunch. Everything was delicious! Best mocktail I’ve had. Arancini was wonderful. Friendly service!

I've been to Daniela many times and the food speaks for itself. It's always wonderful. Never stop what you do.

People always take the time to leave negative reviews about service, I wanted to take the time to leave a good one. I work in a very high stress job and yesterday was a particularly bad day and while the restaurant was very busy our waitress Lace really took the time to make it better. She anticipated our needs and was attentive but beyond that she was so personable and kind. She has a very sweet demeanor and completely turned my day around and made mine and my wife's anniversary special.

I think it's the best Italian in Buffalo, but definitely the best carbonara. Three different people got the eggplant burrata pasta and they left changed. The tiramisu is incredible and if you like pistachio: do it. Also, the mocktails are really lovely and the person at our table who got an espresso martini was NOT disappointed. Great service. No reservations so it's possible to get in if you're strategic. So many families with kids too!

This is by far the greatest pizza I have ever had in my entire life. The freshest ingredients, The best crust 15 out of 10. This is the greatest authentic Italian restaurant in all of Western New York, hands-down. Amazing prices for what you get

Visited Daniela for a late lunch/early dinner. Wow, so impressed!

First and foremost, our server was amazing. (I think his name was Caleb). Friendly, professional and attentive.

We ordered a few apps, a pizza and sandwich to share and, based on Caleb’s recommendations, a few deserts. Everything was outstanding. Can’t wait to come back!

First time dining here. Absolutely delicious food! We had Pinsa, Japanese sweet potatoes, sea bass, short rib and it was all scrumptious…can’t wait to dig into my leftovers! The owner was delightful, engaging & warm and also seems like a lot of fun!

Had the best dinner out in a very long time. Sea Bass special. Not sure I would have ordered it if the dish was written out. Too many things added in that I ultimately didn't know what they were. Not a big pesto fan and the dish came in a bath of creamy green with an odd looking chutney of sorts on top. The green was a fantastic pesto tinged super flavorful sauce and the topping was a grand mix of sweet, savory and nut crunch, a fantastic meal.
