The new menu is amazing, the quality of food has elevated so much, absolutely great dining experience, all thanks to Erica and Laila who took good care of me and my guest, carrying positive energy around with a beautiful smile.
Thank you Erica ❤️

Everything about the food and price of food was terrible honestly but the game's fun the staff and the gaming area was very nice but when it came to the service with the food and the food choices and just the food quality I would not get the food ever again but the gaming area was very fun.

My family left HUNGRY!!!! The food is sooo over priced for the tiny little portions salmon was barely a sliver of meat, chicken fingers were the size of a little shrimp, and the macaroni and cheese was barely a side portion it was my son's meal!!
Food was sub par. Not inedible, my burger was undercooked and the pretzel dogs were almost burnt.
It was our first time, we thought it was great. We wish there were a few healthier options on the menu that were not covered in salt and sauce but overall it was fun and we'd come back. We had burgers and they were all done really well, including the presentation.
Our reservation clearly indicated needing a high chair and we also visibly had small children. Our party was split to two separate tables (it wasn't overly larger, 10 people 2 small children) and they say is at bar height tables. They didn't get us a high chair and I had to go get it from the corner myself. Not a single staff member or are server thought to move use seeing the child in a high chair below the height of the table or care that the child then needed to have her meal placed on a chair in front of her because the table was too high so she could eat. Because we were at two separate tables our orders were placed as two separate parties and came out and completely different times. They also forgot one meal completely. We also waited close to 30 minutes for our initial drinks. The place wasn't that busy for a Saturday evening and to get service as such was disappointing to say the least.
We arrived on time and our table was ready. We were promptly seated and proceeded to wait 15 minutes for our server to acknowledge us. We left after 15 minutes and never saw a server. Terrible experience and now I know why we don't dine there
Our table of 3 was on a Sunday at 1:30 pm. The restaurant area was not busy but we waited for over 15 minutes for our order to be taken. My grandson's Kid Menu pizza came 15 minutes prior to any other food. I ordered a chicken sandwich with the menu stating that instead of a bun, the sandwich could come on a bed of lettuce. I chose that option and was told that was not available. That did not make any sense-they have lettuce ! The food was just fair overall. The games were expensive and overall difficult to understand at times or even to figure out how to begin. We will not be going there again.
A lot of things were out of stock. The waitress kept disappearing. Never checked on us or refilled our drinks or anything. I was charged incorrectly for some of my items and it was just a bad time all around for what it cost. Didn't have the time to discuss the issue/situation in person or else I would have.

Food was really good ! We arrived for our reservation and the hostess on shift that day said ok and disappeared on us . We were waiting for 10 minutes then the manager asked if we were being helped and we told him what happened and he had someone else sit us . Come to find out she went to the bathroom and forgot she had to sit us . The waitress was super nice and we really enjoyed our time with her !
Probably will never eat here again if I have the choice. We waited 13 minutes for a server to even say hello to us, let alone come back and take a drink or food order, and the tablet thing the servers use barely worked and kept freezing. We ordered a certain flavor of drink and were told “oh it'll say something else on the receipt bc that button is broken on our tablet, but we'll make sure the correct flavor comes out.” We tried to order what we thought were two basic beers, miller and corona, and even though they were listed on the menu, they didn't have them. The food was.... Fine? The flavor on the dry rub wings was very good, but besides that everything else was just fine. We got wings, mini burgers, BBQ flatbread pizza, mini hotdogs, and mozz sticks, and I don't think anything was worth finishing except the wings. The server as a person was very nice, but the experience, service, and food quality was not it. When spending $200 on dinner for four adults and two kids , I expect things to be very good, not just so-so. I wasn't even expecting excellent or amazing, just very good, and it did not live up to the hype for the price we paid.
Very upset with your kiosk, 3 of them did not work when recharge grandson cards had to go up top and when came back they had to start at level one due to not getting card in on time!
We noticed they remodeled and sadly, it doesn't change the many facts below. It’s terribly cold walking into the front and there are no longer people there to help, sitting at the bar with the doors blowing in cold air is terrible; poor hostess / new machines do not accept previous purchased cards full of tickets and money; the price of playing the games is ridiculous along with their so called prizes / you have to go to the winners circle and stand in a ridiculous line forever to get taken care of when you want to charge your cards or check them (if the older cards) / a family with children and another gentlemen with his son were sitting at the bar taking up bar space for adults when there was plenty of seating available away from the bar (perhaps they should be in the dining room?); we started at the bar and moved to tables behind us at the bar because we had a large group that gathered, we were asked to move from table seating in the bar area because we “didn’t ask” for a table but we started at the bar, bought food, our party grew, we picked an open table; mind you they never used our table and there was beyond plenty of seating around the bar dining area; as well as, the two actual dining areas and the new dining area to the right of the bar where they now offer games; the bar was a disaster; it was loaded with dishes and glasses waiting to be washed so basically dirty, we waited a half hour for ONE drink / while the girls are trying their best, there is not enough of them to keep up with the bar menu and people / there was a fight that put DNB on lock down which prevented other family members from joining us (they left since they saw the fight, police and lock down) / the bathroom is filthy beyond belief! No toilet paper, no paper towels (minimal I should say) busted toilets, busted sink, poor water flow. I have nothing good to say about this experience. We have been coming here since they opened in 2015. After the latest experience, we will not be returning. Each visit has become more and more questionable. This is not my best written review but its truthful. And, when you go out and spend your hard earned money to relax and have a good time and get NONE of that; yeah. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Not going back! I will find other places to indulge and give my money to.

Terrible experience. Waited 20 minutes for no waiters to come to our table. We made a reservation for 5:30. Asked a waiter when someone would be over to take our order and he told us he had no idea then left. Do not eat dinner here, terrible staff.
