TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!,the lady that took our order today had a terrible attitude and was impatient and we ordered a few things,but that's not what got me heated,I ordered something for my uncle,same lady told me right out of the blue do you know how to order online and I was like yeah,she said next time order online,I'm coming into you're restaurant to order food cause I want to,isn't my fault you don't wanna work and do you're job & be so lazy just sitting there & doing nothing,when there's people struggling to get a job and they messed up our order on purpose,and when I was getting the order for my uncle they had me waiting there for 5 minutes and saw me waiting there then finally asking if I want to order something else,BEWARE DOMINO'S ON KENMORE & DELAWARE AVE IN BUFFALO NY ,NEVER GOING BACK,MIGHT JUST TO TROLL HER LOL,WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A DOMINO'S

Ordered a veg pizza. Went in to pick it up went into hotel to eat it and it was full of meat. Called 3 times no answer. Finally walked down door was locked so I knocked on the glass as there was people inside. Didn’t even look up. This is the worst store I have ever came across.

They've got a great online menu in case you are in a clinch for lunch or dinner, you can also just stop inside and get some fast-friendly service.

So this Dominos is the one that's closer to my house. Now, my building has 7 floors but I live on the 2nd floor. And my phone for some reason isn't receiving incoming calls but that's another story. Anyway, I leave a note on the website when I'm ordering the pizza and I keep track of it to see if it's on its way. Apparently they think that because I live on the 2nd floor that I'm the flash and I can be there in seconds. They start complaining even when I meet them at the door. Sorry buddy, I give you the headsup that you can't call mt phone and I'm trying my best to meet yoy downstairs in a timely manner, don't complain. They stop being professional if you don't meet them in two minutes. I'm supposed to kill myself to get downstairs, I don't think so. It has elevators, still doesn't mean I can get there in a matter of seconds, sometimes the elevators are on different floors and take awhile to get brought down. Be nicer please! You're doing your job and I'll meet you, end of story.

This store is absolutely amazing! I live in North Carolina and I ordered this for my niece who is currently in the hospital. I was trying to make her smile and get her some non hospital food... while not being there. I ordered online, called the store and asked for a special request. I asked if they could write on the box get well soon or maybe put the pepperoni in a smiley face or something. I said if not I totally understand. He immediately said he's got it! They delivered the pizza which was a little crazy, because I didn't realize there wasn't anyone who was able to get it in that moment because it was a surprise. The delivery man stayed so patient while we got a nurse down there (thank you so much sweet nurse at Oishei Children's Hospital). Once she got her food.. she had the biggest smile. Not only did they write a note they typed it out for her. It also appears they cooked the pizza cut it, put pepperoni in the smiley face and cooked a little longer so they weren't cutting through the smile. I can't thank all the staff from this store enough. I hope their general manager sees this and thanks them too. Whoever worked the night shift on 08/12/2022, was very disrespectful. Refused to give us our order after it was taking online the payment. Saying they are closed when it was an hour before they closed. A person had came in afterwards and yet they was able to get their order in? That makes no sense. This location might as well be closed.

I decided to try this Dominos after the one in kenmore showed disregard for health and safety measures. It was awful. I’m not sure what’s going on with the owners of these dominos chains but they need to invest in better product or better people

Called and asked if delivered to the Marriott hotel. Man was very rude and asked what address was. I was try to find it as not from this area and the man on phone continued to be harsh and ask what was address. When I found it, he said no and hung up!

Terrible customer service like bad. Had a food allergy, pizza was baked with my allergy ingredient and they want $18 for them to remake. Tf..
Don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again. My food always wrong, I chose cut in squares, it comes in triangles. They sit everything on top of the pizza, and the toppings be stuck to the top of box. My cookie brownie is always burnt, but on this particular night, I order 16 plain wings , and 16 honey bbq wings. The driver showed up, and basically asked for a tip, saying “So, are you going to leave a tip?” I’m like “Like I don’t really have cash on me.” He’s like “ No problem you can add it to your order,” and whipped out a device. I’ve never heard of that, nor do I feel comfortable with that. I ended up excusing myself, and came back to give him a $5 tip. I will not be ordering from there again, that was weird, and disrespectful. The driver name was “Oby.” I felt damn near obligated to tip!!!

The staff at the 187 Delaware store are wonderful! Every order is always perfect, done quickly, and delicious!! If you're looking for a quick and delicious pizza, this is the place!! They are my go to Domino's store!!

This was by far the most God-awful pizza I have ever had the displeasure of consuming. At the ludicrous price of $60 for a mere two pizzas, we were obligated to throw out those expensive, greasy, nasty things. Tasted disgusting and made us horribly sick. For the price, buy yourself some artisan, wood oven pizzas. Would rate zero stars.

Quick service, very polite staff. Made a late night order for my daughter and I as we were in town for a convention. Pizza was excellent. As my daughter said “this is some good pizza Dad”. Won’t hesitate to order again if we come back.
