This is a better late than never review, Dingens St. Location We served Donut Kraze donuts to around 180 wedding guests for dessert- this was instead of wedding cake (that nobody ever eats.) They were absolutely delicious and super inexpensive; we bought small boxes so guests could take them home, and some people took several boxes to-go! Everyone who tried one was very impressed. In fact, this business was all around really impressive; the selection was fantastic, the donuts were fresh the day of the wedding, and even boxed up they looked absolutely wonderful. Most of all, the customer service from this business was just fantastic. They returned every call, there was always someone available by phone or in person to answer questions, and they even introduced us to the employee who was working on our order. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for donuts for a special event.

Great customer service the lady that served used was very patient with.. the donuts were great I got powdered Bavarian was great and my husband got the peanut butter and jelly donut he said was different but delicious ?.. definitely going

The location on Dingens is just as good, as it is in Tonawanda. There are some different varieties of doughnuts there, depending on who is making them. The tables and bathroom are always clean. I usually go there on a Sunday and there has consistently been only one employee working. That seems like a lot of work to have one person making donuts, sandwiches, cleaning and also, be waiting on customers. The employees I have encountered there are very nice and do their jobs well, but another person on shift would be a good idea for extra help, as well as for safety. Sometimes, I sit down to eat my food and stay a while because I just don’t want the one employee to be there by themselves for safety reasons.Parking: No problem with parking here. Plenty of spaces.

I met the nicest lady that served me the donuts although they didn't have what I needed they didn't take the ATM card they only took cash I came back with the cash I had scraped up from the car and she gave me the donuts even though they were not of my choice, but kindness of her heart was so beautiful. I'm gonna go back every time I want a donut and look for Nicole thank you Nicole God bless you.
