Duff's Famous Wings of Orchard Park

Service was great but you guys are the reason why people in Buffalo don’t like duffs. Walked in at 12:05pm (opens at 12) nobody there, ordered 20 wings extra crispy and they were mush. Gummy soggy mush. No excuses. It’s like you turned the fryer on and didn’t get it to temp and threw our wings in. The duffs in Depew can have a full house with people pouring out the door waiting for a table and they are consistently cooked perfectly. Never again will I continue to give OP a second third fourth chance to be good. I knew that going today and they really confirmed it. Unacceptable

Consistently good wings and I've never had a negative experience with any waited/waitress in the dozens of times I've gone here the past couple years. Service is always very good and I never wait long for food and drinks. One of the better staffs in the area. Only thing that keeps Duffs from getting 5 stars is the wing prices being a bit expensive compared to some other places.

In town for a game and went for a quick dinner. Staff was awesome, and atmosphere is cool, but tables were sticky and the bathroom was pretty dirty. As for the food, eh. Not impressed.

This location is consistently horrible. I won't ever visit this location again. The last three times were all consistently negative experiences through and through. From having to wait almost an hour for 1 order of chicken fingers on a non-busy weekday where the restaurant was practically empty, to poor, slow and careless service and other times being served incorrect orders and treated like garbage by staff members, I'm not giving any more chances here. The original location on Sheridan is the only location that's always been good food/good service over the years. The entire staff at the OP location needs to get overhauled.

We waited for 45 mins for a table, which is understandable it was busy and after a Bills game.

We ordered our food and it took over 50 mins to get our food. We ordered 40 wings, (10 bbq and 30 mild). The food came to our table and the mild wings had no sauce. They were plain wings. The waitress told us that there was a buttery sauce on them but all we saw was the cooking grease on the bottom of the bowl (see picture). The BBQ ones were decent. The fries were cold, we sent them back and the they replaced them with fresh ones which were good. My sons chicken fingers were mostly breaded crust, very little chicken and dry inside.

The waitress never came to check on us once, and left all our dirty plates and napkins on our small table (there was 6 of us). She never came by for more napkins or see if we needed anything. It was busy, but not that busy, and if they are short staffed, that is not our issue especially when we are paying good money for food.

I then waited 20mins for our bill.

Conclusion…. I would not recommend this place at all. It’s ok at best and the service is terrible.

There are way better wing places in Buffalo.

Restaurant a mess. Tables not cleared and clean. Server Hanna a complete disaster. waited over 30 minutes for a double order of wing. I will never frequent this location ever again

Wings and burgers were grade A. Phenomenal service and friendly staff. Patrons were extremely friendly and welcoming. Was visiting from out of town and had to return the following day because of how great my experience was the first time. If I'm ever in the Orchard Park area again, I will definitely be returning.

If you are craving wings while in the area, Duff's is the place to go. You can't beat a buck 'o wings, mild (or hot), extra crispy with a cold brew.

Brought my partner from Canada here, had some nice chats with the server, and great food for his first time.

The fact that ask for a tip over the phone for takeout is OUTRAGEOUS. Take a hint from literally every other restaurant in existence and the general public. Honestly distasteful.
