Busy place -bustling, lots of energy - seated immediately at the bar (our choice) - wonderful service and attention - easily three different people took care of us to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the mean - very friendly - high level of care - wings were great!

We went today and ordered BBQ and Medium wings asking specifically for the original recipie, as duffs has accommodated this request previously. However today they just brought the new recipe and told us we would love it. (We don't, we have tried it a few times now) If we had known they could no longer provide the old recipie, we would have ordered a different flavor all together. Server was sweet, unfortunately so were the BBQ wings. Please bring back the old recipie! The medium wings were delicious and so were the fries.

this place is usually amazing. today changed my opinion. i asked for mild wings and my husband got medium. in addition to me getting entirely NO SAUCE, there was a ridiculous amount of fryer grease ALL over my tray. it was all over everything. it was gross. the celery was dripping with it. it was so nasty and i ended up getting sick and throwing up from the meal when i got home. Im praying it's just from the sheer amount of grease and i don't have food poisoning. we are regulars we come to watch the bills game every week, And this is the first time we've had a problem like this. This Is completely unacceptable I'm so disappointed in one of my favorite restaurants apparently starting to go downhill. Our waitress was sweet and perfect and got everything that we asked her for. This was NOT her fault. This is the kitchen's fault. And someone needs to make this right. If someone calls and reports that they have gotten an ill from a restaurants food The restaurant is supposed to close down .. can't remember if it's 24 or 48 hours but it's to make sure that no one else gets sick. I work in the food service industry and i know this is unacceptable. we will be going to bar bills from now on if this is not made right.
I have been wanting to visit this particular location for 15-20 years. My friend from college always made it known that Duff’s was the best in Buffalo and that is where he would return every time he visited home. I suffered through many years of photos and stories of how wings “Should” be prepared and what “Authentic” Buffalo sauce really should taste like. His pictures and stories were always mouthwatering and finally after many years I lived close enough that a 5 hour trip was justifiable for chicken wings.
The location was great. Love the original locations and especially one in an older mall. Plenty of parking and very low thrills. Being from Pittsburgh, exactly what I want out of a sports bar. Darker, darker woods, plenty of TV’s and variety of seating selections. Seating and service was fast.
Of all the stuff on the menu, which looked great,I was there for the wings. I ordered some medium and some hot, fries, blue cheese and ranch. Wings took about 15 mins so I knew they were not pre-dipping. The colors were exactly what I want out of a Buffalo sauce. Bright orange with that butter shimmer and my salivary glands started going. First bite of hot and the vinegar immediately hit before anything else. Once the cycle started, I just couldn’t stop. Wings were rendered perfectly, not dry, not gummy, not undercooked. They just have it down as far as timing. The hot was just enough and the medium was a little too medium. The surprise was how good the fries were as well.
If I didn’t have to roll I could have taken down another 10, but needed to get on the road. I will definitely be back, and I have lived in 9 different states and visited probably another 20. Duff’s ranks very high on my chicken wing list, top three without a doubt. Definitely will be returning soon.

I didn’t even eat at this location. I’m just writing a review because I was choking in the mall and I needed water. I ran in Duff to get a drink and when I say the guys were so amazing and made sure I was OK and even gave me a cup of water to leave with the customer service here is top-tier, make sure u stop down and buy some wings from these guys

Came in 830 pm to get some wings, bartender gave us drinks,took my order for 30 wings,all good. 30 minutes or more my wings came out when I called the restaurant,cuz the bartender wouldn't get off her phone! Service was unbelievable,the wings I had 4,they came out cold n hard.my friend finally got his order in and his pizza was cold,I was gonna buy a shirt and some sauces then decided it wasn't worth the trouble,I like Duffs,great wings in the past. However this trip was not a good one,I should have went to the crab house or chilis.

Was in Buffalo, had to try authentic Buffalo wings. I was not impressed, maybe my expectations were too high? Don't get me wrong, they were good, just not THAT good. Would I come here again? Yes I would. This restaurant has much more than wings - pizza, burgers, etc. Service was great, sports bar atmosphere was great, draft beer selection was great.
