Stopped coming to this location after they would cancel my orders for boxes of coffee right when they were scheduled for pick up. This morning I have them another chance because I have points. I should have kept them. They were busy, which is understandable and everyone waiting was patient. Employees were yelling about how busy it is, swearing, stomping around. They got through the rush. My order finally was ready but my drink was missing. My order already took about a half hour. Now I’m trying to get someone’s attention for my missing drink. Finally got someone after about 10 minutes. They take my food, make my drink. Hands me a drink but then I had to ask for my food back. They also didn’t put the lid on and I ended up spilling my drink all over me. I should have kept my points or left my order there.

Stopped by yesterday to grab two Boxes O' Joe. It was spur of the moment so I didn't have time to order ahead. I was greeted by Eris who was so nice and helpful. He was in the middle of cleaning up for the day but immediately stopped to assist me. He pleasantly took my order, quickly brewed a few pots of coffee and packed up the other parts of the order with a smile in his face. Thank you, Eris, for a very pleasant customer experience!

I got some electrolyte beverages at Delta Sonic which has a Dunkin's also. They were tasty. Are you happy now Google??
