There at 1pm today, messed up both my coffee orders, single, single got single triple, iced mocha came hot mocha, long wait slow service with 4 people behind the counter that i saw. Worst donut I ever had (blueberry) tasted like artificial blueberry chemical very strong, had to spit it out was so bad. Never had an aweful donut in my 60 years on this planet.SORRY DUNCAN, this ruined it for me, never again.

I tried their doughnuts and hot chocolate both were very tasteless and bland. As a Canadian that is used to Tim Hortons and expecting a lot out of Dunkin' not worth it at all.

I went to Dunkin’s and this girl named harmony was being super rude and I heard her swear (she is a employee) she purposely ruined my drink gave me the wrong drink fully I asked for a vanilla latte but she gave me a refresher and said here is your latte ma’am

It is in the gas station before the Canada Border. The parking is horrible as the gas station has cheap gas which attracts big crowd.

It took a while to receive mobile app order. Several people came in after us and placed in-store orders, received their orders & left.... while we were just standing there waiting.

Different from Canada, employee suggested a fancy drink and it was delicious
Kind of expensive but the matcha is kind of unreal and so was the breakfast
Gave the gentleman my order and he kept getting it wrong. Had to repeat it 4 times before the screen displayed the right order. Then when I got my order it was completely wrong and missing a sandwich so I pulled in and went inside to get it fixed. We assured by the manager that they fixed it.
Got out to my car and left… except my order still wasn’t correct.
There was so much incompetence.

I used to love this location and now I’m giving up on going here. Want a hot latte? They’ll let you pay for it and then tell you that they can only do an iced latte Or are sold out of the ingredient to make what you ordered. I think you’re gonna order ahead so that you can grab it quickly and head to work? Doesn’t matter if the drive-through is empty, you’re still gonna wait 10-15 minutes For the most basic single item drink order. Why does it take 10 minutes for an item that has three ingredients? Such a waste of money. If I’m gonna pay seven dollars for an item, you should have it or at least tell me you don’t have it before I spend the money and then I’m left to just accept whatever alternative you decide to give me. Seriously, disappointing. I never make complaints about food businesses because I know how that goes. I’ve worked in food service, but this is literally the fifth chance I’ve given them to get it together and still their failing at the bare minimum.
