If there aren't any younger people on the floor you're just not getting your order at a reasonable manner. Even when there is, all the older ones in the morning hardly speak English are always laughing and talking in the morning and somehow always screw up orders.

I’ve went to this location twice. The first time the customer service was terrible. And today it was even worse. The older lady at the drive through is not friendly at all. She was extremely rude and seemed like she hated her life, job and everyone around her. And then the employees working the drinks and food were even worse. When they handed me my drink I said thank you and she didn’t even acknowledge me! She just looked miserable. I’m just going to stick with Starbucks.

Staff are always polite and welcoming. Food is fresh and inexpensive. This is an easily accessible location and is never crowded. Restrooms could be cleaner, but they are heavily utilized.

Dunkin Donuts may not have the greatest of reputations for their donuts but if you enjoy a good breakfast sandwich and a wonderful cup of coffee come into this clean and well-kept, A/C cooled store. Croissants are fine and so are their bagels, sesame is what I prefer with a cream cheese shmear or just butter.The staff are friendly and efficient, and they won’t break your wallet or pocketbook like Starbucks. The two locations I regularly enjoy are one on Sheridan and the other on Delaware. Walk-in or drive-thru, give it a shot today. You may become a regular customer now that you’ve read what I say !

It's hit and miss.If I had one piece of advice - that would be to order through the mobile app, and not through the drive-thru. The odds you will get something wrong when you order thru the drive-thru simply sky rockets. I'm not sure why, but that's just how it's been for me.It's not going to be the greatest coffee/food you've ever had, but that's not really the point. It's good for a quick bite and a little pick-me-up and has reasonable prices for those items.

wish i could leave no star honestly...i've seen much better dunkin spots. don't get me wrong the place is great and pretty clean, it's the workers that are the problem. most of them are immigrants that don't know what they're doing. i ordered an EVERYTHING BAGEL sandwich and a FROZEN churro latte. this is what i got... don't waste your money here, place is way too overpriced to have the service that they have. to be honest when i first seen the drink i was gonna let it slide, but the croissant is what got me? it's two simple orders, almost like they were trying to mess up the order lol
