Easy Wok is the only place I know I can get bourbon chicken and it’s an absolute must when I visit Buffalo. It’s always a 10/10

The rice is the only food that is warm. The sweet and sour chicken was extremely cold. Almost 12 bucks for cold food is unacceptable. This is twice this has happened…. So I will not order from there again.

Visiting from Toronto I decided to try out Easy Wok. For the price it’s a lot of food but the quality wasn’t there. Very bland tasting and lukewarm at best. Also not a lot of variety (at least when I went).

My partner and I have been here multiple times and the food is great for the price. Don’t expect gourmet food, it’s mall chinese food. I don’t understand how there can be so many negative reviews, we love it here!

Whatever breed of cat or “legitimate poultry” I was served on the 10th, the meat was not held at proper temperature. The subsequent food poisoning I endured wasn’t fun either.

My mom has been looking for a replacement for the Cajun cafe place that used to be at the mall decades ago and I randomly noticed this place has “bourbon chicken.” This place has become a staple for her now and when I get off my shift early enough I pick it up for her and she has never had a bad experience.Fast, plentiful, reasonable- I recommend this place, especially compared to other food options at galleria.

This Chinese food broke out my lips when eating the sesame chicken they are now red and burn??? DO NOT GET THE SESAME CHICKEN IT WILL BREAK OUT YOUR LIPS!!!

The irony is I can’t rate the food or atmosphere because of how hostile the service was. I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and asked for a sample of the chicken and broccoli, as I had seen them offering samples to other people prior, yet was told by the lady behind the counter that I couldn’t have one. I asked why, and she arbitrarily pointed to the room behind me without giving an explanation, and simply said “No”. I stood there confused and stunned for a few seconds, before walking away bemused.Overall, whether it was a misunderstanding or not, the server couldn’t communicate effectively enough in English to tell me her problem with giving me a sample, and her demeanor was extremely offputting regardless. Horrid service if this is what management permits.
