Me and my friends went for dinner and the food was horrible. Dinner reservations was at 715 and we didn’t get food til 830, and no it was not busy at all. The food was bland and wasn’t fully cooked. We sent most of it back and still had a $195 bill. The drinks for strong but not the good strong. Very disappointing won’t go back.

May I say that Shawn( Sean) the bartender was not only on top of the drink service, but also took our order for the food, brought it out and came over and asked how the food was a few times. He was so kind and friendly! Excellent service and a great establishment highly recommend for a night out.

We arrived a bit early for our reservation and stopped at the bar to have a cocktail. Our cocktail was served to us by Dan and it was very good. We were then seated and waited over an hour for our food. When the food arrived, it was cold, and the broccolini Was burnt. Sad to say we will not be returning even though we were super excited to try this place. Beyond disappointed. When we asked to speak to a manger we were told he was busy entertaining a party, what a sorry and disappointing excuse. Never coming here again or recommending this place.

We booked a family party in one of Eckls beautiful private rooms. We had a wonderful lunch. The staff was excellent and accommodating. There were many children, and the staff handled them with grace. There was a photographer on staff that day and he kindly took many photos of our family. Sara, the party coordinator was a joy to work with! She made our lunch planning seamless. Good communication throughout. Thank you! We will definitely be back.

This was possibly one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. To start, we had 615 reservations, there was host or hostess to seat us so my wife and I had to wait for a server to notice we were standing waiting to be seated. Once seated I noticed nine of the table candles were lit, no salt and pepper on the table, and the amount of noise and profanity coming from a nearby table was beyond absurd and annoying. When our food arrived at the table, my wife had a the filet and potatoe cake, while I had the pork chop atop charizo sausage home fries, our meals were COLD and the potatoes were still frozen. We advised the server to which she took away our plates and brought them back 30 minutes later STILL COLD! After another 45 minutes of waiting there server returned again with a rare steak that my wife ordered medium. So back goes the food again... The pork chop and home fries was mediocre at best however it was warm this time around. When the server returned with my wife's upcooked steak it was now burnt to a crisp... Needles to say we will not be returning to this place... Oh, if you're wondering what the manager on duty did or said to us.... Keep wondering, the manger was off that day which left the serving staff to fend for themselves in a Saturday evening during the holidays.. I'm guessing this is why our server mentioned "this is exactly why the restaurant isn't doing well at all".No manager, No host or hostess. Loud obnoxious patrons. Terrible food preparation. Lastly, no compensation for the terrible experience.

Our waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. There were about 6 tables seated while we were there on a Friday. The lobster bisque was extraordinary. The main course arrived 50 minutes later but was not partially remarkable. We may return in a year or two.

Went on Thanksgiving. Such a disappointment. We had a reservation for 5 for 3 guests. We waited to be seated because they needed to clear a table. After sitting down we again waited 25 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Now onto the food. Ordered a beet salad, too much vinegar in the dressing and a Caesar salad, little to no dressing. We all had the turkey dinner. First the turkey was a processed butterball and overly salted. Stuffing and mashed potatoes were good as was the gravy. We asked for cranberry sauce and they said they ran out! Really! The asparagus was the only shining star on the plate (there was also shredded dark meat, weird). The sweet potato pie was delicious but the apple pie came out as a crumble with ice cream. I realize that it was thanksgiving but if you advertise a delicious homemade meal it should be. I did leave our frazzled waiter a good tip. It wasn't his fault that the meal was a flop. (Chef and management)
