Students do an excellent job and will be fine additions to any establishment. Before going to the Sabres game, having lunch with the culinary students of ECC. Pear-gorganzola with crispy prosciutto, Osso Bucco veal shanks, limoncello Semifreddo and fresh bread with garlic butter and pesto. Sometimes I'm hesitant to tell you where the good stuff is, because you have to make reservations and I don't want it to get over crowed as it does sometimes 😆
The Celtic Menu was planned for this week and a friend and I ordered the Seafood light cream soup and Fall salad with romaines, toasted hazelnuts, grilled orange slices,et cetera to start ! Each was so very delicious ! Before that we were given their complimentary amusebusce ( sp.? ) of their homegrown cherry tomatoes, flavored butter and asparagus. The breadbasket had Irish soda bread,and one other roll. My entree was two pieces of beautifully fried fish, and shoestring French...
