I just received my food and I'm honestly absolutely disappointed for my $65. I order the family pack LG pizza and 20 wings. It was my bad that I had an ancient menu so the price issue is my own fault. I never order out so today was a splurge day... wish I hadn't. The wings were supposed to be medium they were barely sauced and MB mild. I think all the sauce was at the bottom of the box under the foil. The pizza was undercooked and bland but the bright part was I ordered onion on it and if u like onions it was covered in them. It's been a while since I ordered from them and it use to be great so I'm quite surprised. I honestly wished I would've sent it back like I was going to. The delivery guy and the guy who answered the phone were really nice and eager to please so I give them a 👍. Everything else not so much.

Ordered a steak hoagie pizza. Worst I have ever had. Greasy sloppy mess of mostly mushrooms covered in half melted cheese and tough steak. Yuk!

Open late is their best advantage. Pizza needs more seasoning and less cheese. Only can taste cheese and grease. Staff was really friendly and quick though.

We live in South Buffalo. I love Emergency's Pizza and wings . We have bought a lot of food out of Emergency in the last 3 years. In 2022/23 South Buffalo was crushed by 2 mega snowstorms. They were the only pizzeria open. All the roads were impassable for 4 days. That's how they became our pizzeria. Tonight? I picked up my wings. They were perfect. Behind their customer counter? A 6 foot Trump banner. Oh well. This relationship was good while it lasted. I bought my last meal from Emergency today.
