😔 Disappointed by the pricing inconsistency and overall experience. I’m writing this to document exactly what happened and to encourage clear pricing transparency. I am attaching two photos for clarity 📸: • A photo of the printed in-store menu • A screenshot of the Google menu listing showing $17.99 I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for pickup after seeing $17.99 listed on Google. When I arrived, I grabbed a 2-liter from the fridge and went to the counter. I was told my total was $34 and change. 😳 That immediately confused me because: • Google lists $17.99 for a large one-topping 🍕 • The printed in-store menu lists $24.99 for a large one-topping Even accounting for a soda and tax, the total quoted did not clearly align with those numbers. 🤔 When I said I wouldn’t purchase it at that price, I was told they would “give it to me for what it says on there.” During the conversation, staff acknowledged they are aware the Google pricing is incorrect and claimed someone else created the listing and they cannot access it to fix it. I even took time to show them on my phone how they could use tools like ChatGPT to look up how to regain access to their Google Business account and correct the issue so this doesn’t continue happening to customers. The staff member read it and thanked me 🙏, and another employee stated they would give me the 2-liter for free. However, after saying they would honor the online price and that the soda would be free, the total then shifted again and was quoted around $28. 😕 If the price was being adjusted to $17.99 and the soda was free, the math still did not make sense. At that point, I explained that the only reason I ordered was because of what it said online and that I only had $25 available. They then agreed to take the $25. I chose not to continue pressing the issue further, as the interaction had already become uncomfortable and tense. 😔 I ultimately paid $25 and left feeling uneasy. The shifting totals and the acknowledgment that the Google listing is known to be inaccurate contributed to that feeling. Separately, the pizza quality did not match the pricing being discussed. 🍕 I’m not writing this out of anger. I’m writing it so future customers confirm pricing before pickup and so public listings reflect accurate information. Clear and consistent pricing protects everyone. 📌

This was our second time ordering here and once again, we're very impressed! The gentleman checking the online orders actually called us to verify the sub ingredients, and I've never gotten that attention to detail any time I forgot to add the extras we wanted on our food. Much appreciated, very kind and very professional. The delivery man was very pleeasant, and called to say he was here, which was great because it saved our dog from going crazy lol. Most importantly, our 2 subs and onion rings were absolutely delicious! Please keep up the great work!

I just received my food and I'm honestly absolutely disappointed for my $65. I order the family pack LG pizza and 20 wings. It was my bad that I had an ancient menu so the price issue is my own fault. I never order out so today was a splurge day... wish I hadn't. The wings were supposed to be medium they were barely sauced and MB mild. I think all the sauce was at the bottom of the box under the foil. The pizza was undercooked and bland but the bright part was I ordered onion on it and if u like onions it was covered in them. It's been a while since I ordered from them and it use to be great so I'm quite surprised. I honestly wished I would've sent it back like I was going to. The delivery guy and the guy who answered the phone were really nice and eager to please so I give them a 👍. Everything else not so much.

Ordered a steak hoagie pizza. Worst I have ever had. Greasy sloppy mess of mostly mushrooms covered in half melted cheese and tough steak. Yuk!
