Had dinner at your restaurant Friday. We were treating another couple. One dinner came out burnt and room temperature (chicken Parmesan). The Alfredo pasta dish was stuck together and cold. The shrimp dinner ordered was supposed to be breaded and it came out battered. No salad. No bread. Terrible service all for $200. So disappointing and embarrassing.

So I patronized this place on Saturday evening with My husband we were excited to try something different and something new! We were greeting by a well spoken young man and he was very nice and told us that the place had gotten very busy we still decided to wait because it was our FIRST TIME a gentleman came and handed us a menu while we stood in the hallway to wait so we could look it over before being seated. We got to our table and were seated and waited on by our wonderful waitress who was personable social and very impressive especially under pressure she made us laugh and made sure her area was ok! The same gentleman who I then assumed was the Owner walked in the back where myself and other couples were seated and began being social asking if it was there first time there how was the food how was the service he went to every table EXCEPT MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND now one would think if you are the Owner you would appreciate EVERYONE IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT but I can’t help to notice that myself and my husband were the only African American couple that was in the place Saturday evening in which we seen that and didn’t care at all because it was a new spot and we wanted to enjoy ourselves after a wonderful play we went and I truly was slighted by the Owner not coming to ask us about our experience in his establishment I mean the food was Great we enjoyed it the only thing I didn’t appreciate was that the owner went around us as if we wasn’t there to speak with EVERYONE ELSE! Then myself and my husband was leaving out walked past him again while he was speaking with ppl at the bar and THE BARTENDER SPOKE TO US AND TOLD US TO HAVE A GOOD NIGHT EVEN AFTER MY HUSBAND SAID HE ENJOYED THE FOOD TO THE OWNER HE LOOKED AT HIM AS IF HE WAS SPEAKING A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE FOR THAT AND THAT ALONE I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ALTHOUGH THIS WORLD DOES NOT PRESENT EQUALITY FOR ALL I DO!!!!!!! MY MONEY SPENT THE SAME WAY EVERYONE ELSE MONEY SPENT TO PAY THERE FOOD BILL!

We go to Fanara’ a few times a year. Today was our last. First of all we were asked if we wanted bread. Well, of course. Were we told we would be paying $3 for the bread? No. But it was on the bill. A warning would have been nice, we would have refused. Secondly, the bar tender came over and asked how my drink was. Told him it wasn’t what I expected, he said he had never made it before and was curious. I told him, it did not taste as the description claimed. He apologized again. At which point, one would assume, he’d offer a discount? I wouldn’t expect the entire drink for free, but $15 for a drink he’s apologizing for, should come with some discount. Not a wonderful experience by any means. Not what I expected from Fanara’s. Well, sa la vie. Enough locally owned restaurants near by that offer better quality.

Holy Cow this place is fabulous! Everything was dynamite. The food was so great and the service was impeccable. It's not well known yet but trust me it will definitely become popular. It's clear the owners care deeply about their clientele. It's a smaller sized restaurant, get a reservation, take someone you care about, they'll know you feel they're special. Great spot you'll absolutely love. Order the bread with your meal, so yummy.

I ordered delivery. And I got the Sunday sauce and the chicken parm . Also the tiramisu . The packaging was really good and along side the portion . Wish it came with bread but that's ok. Food looms amazing but was beyond bland. I don't know who made the pasta buy they couldn't have added anh seasoning . Had to add my own seasoning to salvage it. Personally I can't say it was a bad day for them yesterday when I bought this or what .For the price of the food and to get no flavor not worth in my opinion. However the tirmaisu was extremely good and gave a very generous portion of it. Id suggest a different pasta place but give them a try . I hope the owner reads this, just some constructive critics. If they would have added more cheese , salt and pepper it would easily be so good. That's just my take .

Absolutely love this place. Was there the other night for a quick bite and a drink with some friends. Just fell in love with the whole vibe.
overall, the food was of decent quality, however, I did go there for a funeral breakfast. So it was served buffet style meeting. I didn’t get a chance to order anything from their menu and see how that comes. I do plan on going back so I can try some of the things off of their menu, but I’m going to have to wait until I save up quite a bit of money before I am able to do that because it is rather expensive as far as restaurants go. especially in this area. Not insanely expensive, just more than I normally pay for two people to have dinner. The atmosphere is pretty nice although they have way too much Bill mafia stuff on the walls which I really don’t appreciate. Not only am I not a fan of football, and the Buffalo Bills, I am not a fan of the word “mafia“ and I really hate that the fans of the Buffalo Bills have decided that that’s what they’re going to call themselves. Most Italian people I know are not very happy about that. The service was actually very good. The guy who was responsible for refilling, coffee, and water did an excellent job of making sure we were well taken care of along with the other people who were responsible for making sure we had everything we needed for the funeral breakfast buffet. overall I would have to give them a three out of five stars for right now, however, that might change once I actually go there as a regular customer and order food off of the regular menu. Be sure to stay tuned for a follow up.

Outstanding Experience!! We were warmly greeted upon entering. The restaurant was very clean with a lovely atmosphere. All food was delicious & perfectly prepared. Bruschetta and salmon dinner were amazing!!! Our server Christina was wonderful. She was friendly, professional and made some great menu suggestions with excellent wine. Highly Recommended
