My favorite restaurant anywhere. I bring everyone I know here because I want everyone to know how good the food is!! I try to get something new every time I go and so far everything has been delicious but my favorites are definitely the lamb tibs and doro watt. And the lady who owns the restaurant and the rest of the staff is always very nice. The service is sometimes a little slow but well worth it

Fast and Tasty is exactly that! I've eaten here more than a few times and ha've never been disappointed. My usual is the lentil stew with injera. Today I opted for the cabbage and carrot stew. Delicious. They have an all day lunch special - chicken and rice, $5...comes with a delicious salad. If you are in the neighborhood and hungry you can skip the fast and untasty and stop on here. The spice tea is delicious as well. There are a number of vegetarian options - you can't go wrong.

Hummus & shawarma was very good. They have a pistachio, almond & walnut baklava that is a definite must get. The service was not slow like I have read others say. It was actually faster than most other restaurants in the area. Will be going back for sure.

Ethiopian food is so underrated, it's one of my favorite styles. Super quick, affordable, and delicious. You will leave stuffed, but not broke.

Cute, small clean place. Everything we had was delicious! Portion sizes are large. Flavors were spot on. Not as spicy as I would have hoped for,but the flavor made up for it. Service was good, not super fast, so dont be in a rush when you go. But again, definitely worth the wait.

We had to hunt for this place, as their sign is not lighted and we're from out-of town, then we had to hunt for a place to park, but it was worth it. Three of us split Lamb Tips with a side of Miseir Watt and Kittfo with a side of Curombo Watt and all got enough to eat. Everything tasted great, and service was pretty quick. Be aware that the spices that come on the side with the Kittfo have quite a kick! I have bookmarked this place for future reference if we're passing through again.

Came down here unexpectedly on Thanksgiving so it wasn't crowded, had a great, warm and fresh meal. Tried out the Lamb Alicha Watt, so good and served with salad and Injera. First time trying out Ethiopian food, will come back to try out more dishes from this place.

Yummy, but get take out/delivery, not a great Ethiopian dining experience in terms of atmosphere. Menu doesn't contain as many items at ones I went to in Philly. Not as spicy as this cuisine is meant to be, but still worth trying.

Fast N'Tasty's Ethiopian cuisine is such a treat! The service was crazy mad fast & on point. I am trying to eat kind-of-healthy & the Veggie Combo did not disappoint! The food was super delicious & satisfying along with offering some great nutrition. Ethiopian food at its best. I'll definitely be back for more!

I have eaten Ethiopian food in DC, Maryland, NYC and NJ but this small place in Buffalo is hands-down the best tasting Ethiopian food I have ever had. The flavors are on point -- I want more and more. Everything we ordered that day was delicious. The servers are friendly, sweet and provided just the right amount of attention. Get the foul, the beef stew, the humus, EVERYTHING.

My wife and i like trying new foods. We never tried Ethiopian fare, and we were nicely surprised. The flavor and spices were very appealing. The atmosphere was cozy and clean, the staff were friendly. Some other reviews mention the wait, but it isnt bad and it does seem that some of that time is in fresh preparation of the food. We want to go there again. Very tasty.
