Excellent BBQ, I always get the brisket whenever I come! The Texas Mac is my personal favorite whenever I stop at their food truck as well. Food is always really delicious! This is my 4th time at the restaurant, I've ordered online at least 2 or 3 times, and have stopped at their food truck countless times, and I've never been disappointed!

I had the ribs & my husband had The Rachel sandwich. Ribs were fall off the bone tender, moist & had excellent flavor. The Rachel had smoked turkey & was tender & delicious. We took home some Kansas City & Carolina BBQ sauce. Service by Pat was excellent. Will definitely be back when in the area!

Fat Bob’s was one of the first restaurants I dined at when I started working in Buffalo and easily became my favorite. Every meal has been consistently delicious and served by their friendly staff. I cannot say enough about their pulled chicken and their original barbecue sauce and their macaroni and cheese is hands down my favorite (besides my mom’s, of course).
I have used Fat Bob’s for catering for a few events as well and have been equally impressed by the quality of food, portions, and the ease of having it delivered (a huge help!). Guests are always so excited to know that the food is from Fat Bob’s and enjoy it! Keep up the amazing work!
