Favorites Pizza & Wings Amherst

I’ll start off by saying this was our families favorite pizza shop. I was having my daughter’s birthday on Sunday for a large group of people. I was looking around online at the prices of several different pizza shop menus (Favorites being our top choice). I figured out how much everything should cost and called to place the order. I was shocked how much more they were trying to charge compared to their online menu price. The girl that answered the phone argued with me saying there was no online menu. She said I could speak with a manager, but they would just tell me the same thing that they won’t match the online menu price 🤯. Sure enough, the female manager got in the phone and was rude as could be. I could barely get a word in when I was trying to explain myself. I was calling to order 3 of the specials (full tray and 50 wings for $78.99 and $10 off on Sundays). I was told it would be around $84.00 now since their online menu was not their current prices. The manager then asked me if I’d like her to put a man on the phone. I asked her why she asked that and she said so maybe I’d better understand. I continued talking and all of a sudden a man was talking and then disconnected the call. I honestly cannot believe that any establishment would treat their customer like that! Why would a store owner not fix the price to reflect their online menu? Especially when I order from there all the time and was going to place a rather large order. I ended up
getting pizza and wings from Franco’s instead. They were more than helpful and the food was delicious (and they actually put sauce on their medium wings).

I went in at 9pmish on 11/11 and got a slice after a long day and the girl gave me a few on the house, it was so kind I tipped well. I will definitely be back.

Amazing specialty pizza! Always a winner!

Pizza is always great and they have many choices for slices if your in a hurry.

Honey garlic chicken pizza is the best. I don't like the classic cheese and pepperoni pizza. The buffalo chicken pieces are too mushy for my taste. All of that said, the honey garlic chicken pizza is so good it more than makes up for what is lacking in other areas.

Favorite's in Amherst is usually my go to place for pizza and wings. I was disappointed with the wings I ordered on Sunday August 18. There were a few average size wings on top and the rest were all very small underneath. I'll continue to buy the pizza,
but probably will go elsewhere for the wings.

Sunday noon had few different options of pizza . Steak was OK. The Chinese chicken pizza was delicious and regular cheese and pizza was good.

Great pizza and all the food coming out looked awesome. You can even get pizza by the slice of you don't want a whole pie.

Tried this spot with my brother while we were in town from Los Angeles. The first thing that stood out was the exceptional service. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but the woman who helped us was amazing. The rest of the staff was super nice and accommodating as well. There are way too many options here to even list, which is a big plus. If I were local I'd systematically go through the entire menu eventually.

We had a slice of the Honey Garlic Chicken pizza, a Stinger Sub, and 10 hot buffalo wings. Plenty of food, reasonably priced, and everything was delicious. And again, it was the friendly and helpful demeanor of the staff that really put it over the top.
